Clean room and friendly staff at the front desk.

Staff is courteous and helpful. Room is big and hotel is within walking proximity to the Main square and eateries.

Sehr süßes Hotel. Netter Empfang, ruhiges gemütliches Zimmer (Hofseite), sauber, kein Lärm vom Gang, modernisiertes Bad, fußläufig zum Bhf, ins Zentrum ca. 10 min. Tram vor der Haustür. Alle Linien sind in 3 Minuten im Zentrum. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Very pleasant hotel. Simple room, clean and in good condition. It’s an easy walk to the main station and to the centre of the city. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful with information about the hotel. No negatives.

The hotel did not live up to what I would expect from a hotel rated as 4*. There is no bar or restaurant and the reception is not staffed 24 hours. Although the room was good the towels were not of good quality.

The staff is lovely and very helpful. The property was clean, the room had a lot of space, the bed was comfortable. Everything about my stay here was amazing.

This hotel has only 5 parking spots so you may need to park elsewhere if they are already taken. The gentleman checking us in wasn’t very friendly and did not communicate very well despite the fact that we were fluent in both German and English. The cleaning staff also seemed to be very annoyed and rude when we entered from the back of the building (from the parking lot) and were confused on how to get to reception. The rooms, however, were very large and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great too. We skipped the street car and just walked everywhere. Another con was that the reception desk has very limited hours which was very inconvenient after dinner when we wanted information as well as for an early checkout. So overall, if you don’t need parking or to speak with anyone working there, I would recommend this hotel. If you need those services, you may want to go elsewhere.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. They accommodated a later checkout without issue.

Hotel has spacious rooms. Close to railway station and Schloss Berg. Nice breakfast.

Staff was not too help when we checked in, but next morning different crew seemed to be a bit more friendly. Close location to the center. The only problem we had was finding a closed by place to park. We had to park some distance away in the parking garage and walk to the hotel to get more info on where to park closer. They do have a private parking close by where we were able to park but lost over an hour to find this out. Overall good experience, room and bathroom was clean.

Room wasn’t ready until 5 pm, despite check-in being at 1pm. But they promptly offered us complimentary breakfast and assisted us with parking for our rental car. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but it’s how they deal with issues that makes the difference. In the end, the hotel was fantastic and they made things right by me. Thank you Drei Raben!

Very good location - easy to walk from the train station and into the city centre. Very good breakfast - lots of variety and quality products. Room was also spacious and clean.
