We are still waiting for our partial refund of this property, as the hygiene standards were well below any standard. Mould everywhere, even in the communal areas. Very dirty (everywhere). The bathrooms are terrible, old yellowing, smelly towels. Dirty curtains, bad smell in the room, a bed that feels like concrete. Bugs coming out of a hole in the wall in our room. The pool was dirty, loungers are uncomfortable. The manager refused to speak to us on the phone. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else. We were dazzled by the adults only "resort" title. Not worth it. Seriously just don't.

If you are looking for a comfortable place, look elsewhere. Although the staff was outstanding, the room that we had was one of the worst in years. Worst bed and worst pillows made it difficult for an average sleep. Worst towels, very old and bad furniture, no heating, extremely bad Internet. Breakfast was nice but keep in mind that the quality of the room comes first. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend.

Beautiful location. Close to Siena. Perfect for those with a car. Could use a little makeover (some mold in the bathroom.) Breakfast was really good. There is a pool on the property but we didn’t use it. We would definitely recommend it.

Bed was super hard. Imposible to sleep on it . There is a rule about not providing air conditioning until middle of June , even if it was hot. Everything is was okay. The views from the place are nice,

the place itself is situated beautifully, great location, unfortunately only accessible by car. Rooms are a bit outdated, only soap available in the shower

This property was beautiful. Perfect place for a nice quiet stay. Was recommend to a restaurant about ten mins away which was also fabulous.

Beautiful property. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and both the A/C and Wi-Fi worked. Didn’t have a car so needed to order many taxis (with help from the front desk, as no one in my group spoke Italian)

Great place for a romantic trip. When it gets busy it looses its charm. Rooms are basic but nice. Courtyard rooms are not as charming as the ones with the views which sums up the experience.

Absolutely superb views all around this hotel. However the room we were in was small, along with a tiny bathroom. The air-conditioning didn't work - in the entire hotel - and it was extremely noisy from other rooms because of the very thin. Walls and poorly soundproofed doors. We could hear everything from neighbouring rooms. On top of that the plumbing must be faulty as every morning the bidet let out a terrific gurgling noise between 6 and 7 am, several times, which meant we were awake early each day! A combination of zero Aircon, the noise and the loud plumbing meant we didn't sleep well at all here, a fundamental for a hotel? The swimming pool area was great (but the water very cold) and we eat at the on-site restaurant a couple of times which was both good and reasonably priced. Overall, despite the fabulous views and the pool, we wouldn't return or recommend.

When we arrived, no one was around at the reception, the place looked completely shut and no one was picking up the phone. After 10-15 mins, a lady emerged and helped us check in. Same for check out, another 15 mins trying to find a person. Apart from that (which presumably won't be an issue if you visit during high season), no issues at all. Nice quiet location - but of course only consider if you have a car. Rooms were very decent.

The food at the hotel is - bad. The breakfast very strange and has a wide variety of commercially made products available. There is a coffee machine however it does not work well. the dinner was better , strange options but were decent. The hotel isn’t a good location if your taking the bus. It is very limited and if you end up coming at night(or even in the day) - be prepared for dangerous 250m walk from the stop. scenery is beautiful, that is terrible.

We were very disappointed with our stay! We were given a room in the Annex building (this is not what we had booked) which was really miserable and bare (felt like a hospital). There was also a strong chemical smell in the hallway of the building. The pool was full of dead flies and a bit mouldy which was very uninviting. If you have breakfast avoid going at the same time as the coach trip as there is not enough tables or food for everyone. Overall thoroughly disappointed with our stay here…..the only good parts were the views and the easy access by car to Siena.
