The breakfast buffet was my favorite part of the state, with many hot dishes and cold cuts available every morning, as well as two kinds of fish: smoked and cured. The hotel rooms are not air conditioned so I don’t know if I recommend it for the hot or even warm months of the year as I prefer to keep the windows closed when I sleep and it did get stuffy in the room towards the morning in mid-April. I strongly recommend this hotel as an option for all mild weather travelers!

The hotel is ideally situated to visit Oslo’s main attractions. The only thing I can think of is k no or to visit Oslo on Bank Holidays because everything is shut including the hotel’s restaurant.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located, super clean, large comfortable rooms and the beds, Oh, the beds were so comfortable too! The staff were fantastic and hospitable as well. We would stay here again in a heart beat

Central and a lovely place to stay. Breakfast was amazing.

Great staff!

We liked that this property was in the heart of Oslo; however, we booked it because it said parking was available. The parking garage was close by, but extremely difficult to find. The hotel was not much help with this. I also booked a room that was supposed to be above standard. The room was tiny. The bathroom was so small, my husband and I couldn’t fit in it together (we are not big people).

Great location. Fantastic breakfast

The room smelled very poorly, if I was staying longer than one night I would have asked to be moved to a different room or probably left the hotel all together. The front desk staff could be a bit more friendly. I simply asked where to get a taxi and if they routinely came to the pickup spot that they instructed me to go to and his response was, "I don't have a crystal ball." Not everyone is from Oslo, or Norway, so taxi stands may not be something everyone is familiar with. A little understanding would have been appreciated. The only positive of the hotel is they do have a very good breakfast.

This is a nice, fun, clean and very comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. The breakfast is fantastic, the beds are cozy and the staff is so helpful. It’s not a luxury hotel; rooms are small and amenities are standard. The only possible downside is the outside traffic noise, but that’s a given for the center city neighborhood. We would recommend it to friends and stay there again.

This hotel was very quiet and accommodating! It was less than half a mile from the nearest train station so it was easy to get there after we took the train from the airport! It was also within walking distance of the wharf which made meals and excursions easy!

Parking wasn’t ideal as off site and hard to navigate. Pleasant stay, rooms are a strange layout.

The most surprising part is heated bathroom floor! Shower glass is only partial . So get very wet I. The room but with heated floor, it dries pretty quickly! Also location was perfect for us to move around.
