Everything about the hotel was excellent. Perfect position for the water bus. The staff at breakfast were so friendly. Perfect stay. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Venice.

The room was spotless, beds comfortable. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We loved the location- quiet and walkable to everything, near the vaporetto stop.

The beds were comfortable, hotel was conveniently near the water bus, and lots to do within walking distance. We like the historic feel od the rooms, and staff was very helpful.

Love Italy

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel captures the charm of Venice perfectly—tucked away on a quiet canal yet close enough to easily reach all the main sights. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and always ready with helpful suggestions. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated in classic Venetian style, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the courtyard was a highlight each morning—fresh, varied, and set in such a peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a hidden gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

Loved the property, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. One minute walk to vaporetto (stan stae stop), great restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

It's right next to a vaporetto stop, making it quite convenient while in a quieter part of the Rialto area.

Great place - very well located, great breakfast and very comfortable overall. If you can, use the water door on arrival by water taxi!

Excellent breakfast

Lovely Venetian style hotel , stayed with our baby, travel cot provided. Can get a boat up to the reception doors if the tide is right Highly recommend

Be sure to read the detailed instructions about how to get there. Google maps does NOT have good instrutions. Very nice breakfast.
