Séjour super pendant cette période et vue sur mer sur le balcon ! Chambre spacieuse mais absence de climatisation qui doit être problématique l’été…

This is the second time we have stayed here and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. It is easily walkable to everything - shops, restaurants and each of the beaches. Each time our room has been fresh and clean, with a good sized balcony with lovely view of both the city and the sea. Kitchenette is well appointed. The pool is very nice. The reception staff have all been very helpful. It’s really just a great place to stay and I would definitely come back.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a king and bunks and a sofa that would accommodate a child. The kitchen was very well equipped for about 6 people and had both a stove and microwave. An airer and balcony helped clothes dry. There is a laundry that uses tokens which is an advantage.

great position in magic beach precinct. beautiful outlook and very close to walkways. kitchenette and space a bonus. coin washer and dryer on property. very helpful staff

Bonjour Merci beaucoup d’avoir fait le lit enfant car habituellement il n’est pas fait et ce fut une agréable surprise. Sinon toujours pareil, appartement propre, très bien situé. Mobilier et deco vieillissant mais en bon état. Juste à signaler une forte augmentation du prix du parking : de 8 à 14 euros en quelques mois.

Bon séjour avec une chambre vue sur mer, propre avec de bons équipements. Sur hotels.com il n’est pas précisé qu’il faut une caution de 200€ à la réservation.

For the price and convenience of location this is a brilliant stay in Biarritz. We travelled as a family of four for surfing. Cote des basque main surf beach is across the road and down the promenade, 5 minutes in the opposite direction you are in the town centre with supermarket, bakery, market, restaurants and shops. Follow the road along the coast for a beautiful walk through old town beach, many sights and to the port/town. The heated swimming pool was great and there are laundry, table tennis in the basement. Bar was not open when we stayed but would have been useful for the odd drink. Baggage store and very friendly and helpful reception staff adds to the welcome vibe of the hotel. The building itself and rooms are dated (think this is normal for this style hotel in France) but everywhere was very clean, beds comfortable and kitchenette well equipped for breakfasts and light lunch at the room. Room also had a balcony, sea view and clothes rack to hang the wetsuits to dry - perfect! Thanks to all for a fabulous stay :-)

Great location in Biarritz just a block from the cliffs overlooking Plage Côte des Basques. Also very walkable to everything to see and do in Biarritz and public transportation options from Jardin Public and Hélianthe bus stops. So it was easy and cheap to get to/from the airport and train stations (to go to Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Hendaye and on to San Sebastian, Spain, for easy day trips) on public transport, as well as bus lines to Bayonne and Bidart, etc. The rooms are huge, and I had a nice balcony with ocean views to the Lighthouse. I left the balcony door open at night and loved hearing the sound of the ocean waves all night long. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Ludavic, who helped answer all my questions. There's a nice pool, too! I didn’t eat breakfast there, so can't comment on it, but there are a lots of great dining options within a few blocks, and the Carrefour supermarket and Les Halles are only 3 blocks away. The property itself is a bit dated, but I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Self-catering holiday in the south of France. Very friendly appart-hotel in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and beaches. September trip and weather was good (couple of rainy days, but warm). Hotel slightly tired looking, but clean, with wonderful views. Very friendly staff. Nice pool. 2 quick lifts, so easy access to accomodation. Won't hesitate to return if we are able

Agréable séjour dans un studio bien agencé. À noter l’amabilité et la gentillesse des personnes de l’accueil qui malgré un travail incessant ont toujours répondu à nos attentes. Merci à toutes ainsi qu’au personnel d’entretien et de propreté.

Fantastic view from our flat and balcony 2nd floor onto the City and the Grande Plage with the emblematic lighthouse of Biarritz. We spent 5 fantastic days, and strongly recommend this hotel for the best couple / romantic / scenic / adventurous / tasteful experience of Biarritz. Not to mention the highly skilled and friendly staff of the hotel, good job to you all. We will come back again and again. Thanks.

Amazing location and good swimming pool

Excellent position , great view, but noisy road. Room large and comfortable. Well equipped.This hotel does not provide daily room servicing, Building generally a bit tired, but position in town and again the view make up for a lot.

Great location and very comfortable with stunning balcony views.

Great central property for our 4 night stay. Had a seaview room on 4th floor which was great for having breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony. Plenty towels and toiletries hairdryer in bathroom 👍 Enjoyed the swimming pool with weather being good - the property had warnings up saying paddling pool out of use due to problems but plenty sunbeds and brollies for use by it as well. Did not use resturant so cannot comment.
