Very cute accomodation. Great owner. Right in the heart of town and close to a superb restaurant.

The property is hidden away off the main street. The rooms are clean, quiet and adequate. There is a common room with musical instruments and books of the area to enjoy.The host is delightful, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable of the area. She helped find a guide for the Valley of Temples. She personally guided us for a safe parking spot. Her dining suggestions were excellent. She even dealt with the pharmacist across the sreet on her behalf with a medical issue. It was a pleasure to meet her and stay at this property.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Camere a Sud as a base to visit Valli dei Templi. We parked at Vittorio Emanuele with fairly level walk across to accommodation (parking was busy with limited spaces, excess coin payments roll over to next day period on machines!). The checkin was fairly automated with lockbox and pin to collect keys and also cameras at entry with magnetic door opening so no one at reception at the time. The rooms are nice with lovely communal area with tea/coffee and snacks/cake. A communal honesty fridge charges a fair price for drinks compared to supermarket prices. Elvira was also very responsive, proactive and helpful on WhatsApp in resolving issue with the shower. Location is good with easy access to main Via Atenea street for food and shops and also great local cake shop for breakfast croissants. We would recommend this stay.

Good overnight to visit Valley of temples and Agrigento town. Well located in the center with easy access to transportation. Room very clean, bed a little hard but comfortable, water pressure a little low but fine for its purpose. Had breakfast in a nearby pasticceria.

Excellent location, close to the train station, and city buses. Also walking distance to the main landmarks in the city. Highly recommended.

Beautifully furnished house, extremely comfortable room, lovely friendly and helpful owner, great location

Parking was incredibly difficult and confusing. We drove around for an extra 45 minutes trying to figure out where to park because the B&B is on a semi-pedestrian street. When we finally got there, we were just "lucky" that the owner happened to be coming to work. She didn't know we had a reservation, but did accommodate us in a nice room. She was very helpful telling us about the area and also getting a dinner reservation for us. The room was very clean, but needed some maintenance. When we left again in the morning, the owner was missing and he cleaning staff bid us farewell.

Very central. Down at Main Street level so little climbing to access. We used off street car park at €8 per 24 hours. Not very cheap.

Elvira is a great host. The breakfast was great with crepes made fresh.

Camere a sud is simply magnifico. Location could not be more perfectly central, yet tucked away just enough; furnishings are elegant; the owners were most solicitous in satisfying every need, the lady even making several calls for me to solve some problems that arose, without my even asking, which was most helpful since my telephone Italian is not very good. To get there on foot, walk up the main Atteneo St. (which starts just up the hill about 200 ft from the train station) from where it starts until you see the clear shop-sign “Ottica” on the left in black letters against a white background. Then, turn immediately into the alley facing it to the right; take another right and go straight back. The only caution is — do not book this unless you have a telephone that works. You must call to make the arrangement for them to let you in initially. I sat in front for two hours and finally got someone on the street to call for me. You could use e-mail, but I don’t think the email address is given on the confirmation info received from hotels dot com.

A very comfortable and friendly B&B in a great location

The B&B was clean and basic. Rooms were ample but cold and noisy in the morning. Breakfast was ok, but coffee was cold and made there on order. Proprietor was not there when we arrived or left. It was almost as though we were inconveniencing them. But they were polite, just don't expect much.

Great location, very nice house, rooms a little bit small but designed with good tasted and had every thing we needed (including a roof terrace). Ignazio and Elvira were very helpful with every thing (parking, recommendation for restaurants, what to see, etc.). We really liked the place.

Staff were very nice and made us freshly baked croissants in the morning.

Camere a Sud is a cozy bnb in the old town area of Agrigento. The owner helped us plan our bus transportation to our next destination. The buffet breakfast was very nice.
