They have big rooms and lot of amenities. But part of the hotel is old as well. Customer service needs to be improved especially front desk

Great stay for 3-4 nights, its about a 1 hour walk to the old Marrakesh market/centre… actually not too bad walking instead of taking an taxi, seems crazy here to get that.. hotel comes with breakfast and a small swimming pool; spa is on extra charge

Place been clean and location was good too. Staff been very friendly. Bit noisy as its from live music venue.

For a one or two nite stay, the price was right (approx $100 in March)

Highly recommend this hotel, it was a last minute decision as I was originally booked in the Medina, but didn’t want the hassle. The hotel is extremely clean and staff welcoming. I did ask for a quiet room but ended up on the street side which was a bit noisy but that’s because I wanted a double bed. The doors are double glazed so it was not a problem in the end. Close to the rail station and for me not too far of a walk to the Medina.

Good location outside the medina and easy access by taxi to the main square and the airport

Nice staff

The reception up front was courteous, professional and helpful. The junior suite was solid, with no frills, but most everything worked. It would be nice if they offered a cart to facilitate check in. Surely they can provide this courtesy? Karma Cafe was good for breakfast, and the staff was attentive. The options for breakfast were the same every morning, and it would have been nice to have more flexible menu options. The Amani hotel is located in reasonable proximity to most of the attractions in Marakech.

Good location walking distance from the station. Reasonable value for money.

It was absolutely fantastic 4 nights ,5 days. Friendly, helpful and smiling staff. Room is cleaned, spacey and sophisticated. Value for money. The restaurant is fairly priced and nice food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location of the hotel is superb. Easy walking distances to everywhere. Plenty parking spaces around and cheap parking . The hotel is taking fantastic safety measurements against covid , feel so comfortable at all times. I will definitely recommend anyone here for safe and comfortable trip for great value for the money. Absolutely going to book again on my next trip .

Had to ask a few time for a baby bed. The airconditioner worked but not well. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was nice.

the hotel itself is nice and the stuff are friendly. Location is also great but my problem with this hotel is regarding my reservation. couldn't make the trip due to covid-19 and they declined getting me a voucher or refund so my money is gone. that's not honest!
