The hotel was in a great location close to many things. The staff was great and very, very helpful! Everything was clean. Everything was comfortable. Air-conditioning was great. highly recommend.

Great location short walk down one alley from Rialto water stop

The property was beautiful and truly amazing. The only thing to note is that it’s located within the streets of Venice. Overall, it was a great place to stay—I really enjoyed my time here and loved exploring the Rialto Market, which is conveniently nearby.

Hotel is located in the middle of the old city. It’s within walkable distance to all cultural places.

Was a lovely old property well kept. Rooms could use a bit of a refresh with bedding.

The staff at Bella was very friendly and helpful. The front desk manager Harley was also very helpful and helped us a lot on logistics once we got there One suggestion for the hotel to improve is some upfront communication on the transfer from airport will help future customer as it is not very straight forward

Everything was lovely, the only downside was that the bed was very hard. For those who like N extra firm mattress though, this would not be a problem. We prefer softer, but it was fine for one night.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Venice. Lovely balcony to sit and have a quiet drink overlooking the canal.

It is a very nice place with nice staff. Despite the craziness of Venice around it is quiet and calm. Conveniently located close to Rialto water bus also which no one tell you.

I had some issues with a non associated service company on check-in and the reception staff were very accommodating and helpful in that situation. A definite plus! Located on busy San Marco street, lots of shopping and dining options. Easy walking distance from the water taxi port.
