The air conditioning in our room was not working. When we informed the front desk we were told there was nothing they could do about it and that the hotel was full. A quick internet search revealed that the hotel had plentiful availability for the night. After a few hours when another employee (thank you, Javier) was on the front desk, he apologized and found us another

On outskirts of Gijón requiring either a car or bus to get to center of city. Recommend bus or taxi as parking in city difficult during high season.

Very nice area of town, one bus #12 will get you into the marina area. A lot of music was available at two venues.

Everything was great regarding the hotel itself. However, the dinner at the restaurant there at the hotel was subpar.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was well equipped and comfortable. The hotel was a short drive / bus ride from the town centre. Our only mistake was eating in the restaurant - a soulless canteen hidden away in the basement with very average food. Eat somewhere else.

One of the nicest hotels way stayed in while in Spain at an amazing price. Comfortable rooms with space similar to what you would expect in the US. The mattresses were well above other pricier hotels we stayed in. Breakfast was OK, Nothing to write home about.

Friendly staff, great location!

Not the hotel's fault, just the Spanish custom of having to turn right, in order to turn left, and cross the road at right angles! The hotel was excellent value, and we would rate it highly. The food was good, and served from reasonably early, so we were able to get to bed early and away in good time next morning, after a fine breakfast. Couldn't fault it in any way!

No lo recomiendo. Ya había estado anteriormente hace dos años y pensé que habrían solucionado el tema del aire acondicionado. Es vital hacerlo pues es imposible descansar y desayunar en el comedor en verano, ya que el edificio absorbe mucha calor y no está aislado y aclimatado. Otro aspecto a mejorar son las camas, más almohadas y un edredón actual. El desayuno de 6€ tiene que mejorar la calidad o bajar el precio. Por el resto ok (personal y limpieza) para el precio por noche.

Bien situé et très calme. La ville vaut le détour. Un endroit méconnue mais à découvrir!!

Parking propio y gratuito muy amplio con multitud de plazas. Fácil acceso a las instalaciones.

Un hotel algo alejado del centro de Gijón pero con transporte público cercano. Bien en general, nada destacable positivo ni negativo. Hacía mucho calor en la habitación y no había manera de regular la temperatura con el termostato. No desayunamos en el hotel. El wifi no destacaba positivamente. Personal amable.

Buen hotel, en buen estado ,un desayuno muy bueno con una camarera muy simpática y encantadora,camas muy cómodas .Únicos defectos que no hay restaurante y que queda algo escondido .

Trevligt hotell med engelsktalande personal. Trevligt och välstädat rum med sköna sängar. Hotellet ligger strax utanför stadskärnan men det fanns en busslinje in till stan.
