The hotel is very good. The restaurant was excellent Room very nice etc etc etc…. However the swimming pool was a bit of a disaster for us. My wife slipped when walking down the steps into the pool. When we looked closer the reason is simple - and could simply have been avoided. The top step has anti slip vinyl attached - the descending steps also have anti slip vinyl BUT not across the whole step! So if you step down between the anti slip vinyl it is all too easy to slip and fall. My wife did this - although the ‘lifeguard’ did not even look up at the commotion. Too busy on his phone. Even when I called over sarcastically “don’t bother yourself” he didn’t, When we left the pool we went to reception to report this quite serious accident, the concern from receptionist was ZERO. AND THAT WAS THE SUM TOTAL OF THE STAFF CONCERN. So while the hotel itself is very good - I am very disappointed with the attitude of the staff mentioned. The manager can feel free to contact me about this should he decide it is serious enough to at least enquire about the welfare of his/her guests injured on their property.

Great, clean and beautiful rooms and overall a nice hotel with helpful staff, teniss courts, great wellness and gym. Highly recomended for a couple get-away!

Arrived at 1:45 PM I've asked if early check in was possible and it was, which was great as we were tired from the journey. Plenty of parking space as well for the guests so no problem there. Lobby was clean and so was the room. Its slightly dated but still up to the modern/business standards, covid wasn't kind to any hotel. There was evening ball-gala event which was a bit louder but the rooms are sound-proofed, so wasn't much of an issue. Breakfast was up to the business and international standards, although it always surprises me, how small juice glasses can each hotel make.

Perfect location for business trips, with loads of room for meetings and excellent service

Very clean place lots of parking and nice pool and tennis courts. Breakfast was really nice and constantly topped up with fresh hot food. Only thing that would have been nice is a kettle in the room.

Everything was very fine until checkout when they charged me for the 3rd bed extra about 15 €, and this spoiled a kind of everything, because I thought that 3 beds where included in the price for which they made me this offer. I was searching from start for one room with 3 beds for my wife, me and my six years old son. So to pay extra for this 3rd bed is in my oppinion a total fraud or rip-off. Total unexpected shock. If I knew that I have to pay extra (this was not written in my reservation invoice) I would probably have choosen another hotel.

Very nice Hotel near the park and sports facilities. However, 4 stars might be a bit too high. I think the rating comes from former times .

Stayed here a few weeks ago and returned because of that. The accommodation and every aspect of the hotel was excellent. Food in the restaurant very good. Overall everything great.

Nice hotel on a the outskirts of the town, yet 10 mins taxi drive from the center. It's on the verge of a beautiful park, great for run or just outdoor relax in the summer. Good service, great breakfast buffet.

Very good resort and excellent swimming pool when the weather is good. The rooms are very nice and the staff is excellent. Breakfast was very good too. I would recommend. Better to have a car to go downtown.

One of the sofas was broken. The door to the bathroom was broken too. Everything else was ok

I did not like this hotel - bed hard

1 night late arrival and left straight after breakfast hence no use of facilities. Breakfast good compared to some other hotels in area.

Good hotel. Service is good. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Parking is free as is breakfast which was good. Hotel is located next to a forest area and is a good place to relax in the outdoor seating areas. Restaurant has good service but food is not so good. My wife had risotto which was way to salty. I had a pork dish which was strips of pork and bacon (fat only) rolled together. The pork was raw in some areas.
