Had a 5/5 stay at Pyramisa Isis Island! The staff was the absolute game changer—especially Martha, who went above and beyond to take care of us. She truly deserves a promotion! The hotel itself might’ve seen better days, but the stay was still excellent. If you’re looking for a new and exciting experience, this hotel resort is definitely for you. It’s located on an island, and they provide a free hotel boat to transport you back and forth (just search 'Dock Pyramisa Hotel' on Google Maps for the exact pickup location!).

The room was dirty, there was a pile of trash under the bed, I've complained but it's still the same, the cleaner doesn't care. They only clean what's visible to the eye.
