Hôtel fine. Staff helpful and kind. Cafe pleasant and inexpensive. Problems with tv receptilon for entire stay. Technician tried to fix but to no avail. Incredibly frustrating. Would not stay again

Room was clean, breakfast had a good variety, gym was a nice plus. Staff was helpful, let me check in early and helped me get a cab to Port. Location was great, close to everything in Gothic Quarter and a short walk to the train.

Two small space in my single room to even have minimum movement or function. No balcony or air regulation that makes things a little claustrophobic. The staff were great, except maybe the kitchen person who helped me microwave my food. She can have a little more friendly and customer centric personality otherwise great experience.

Great hotel in a really central location. Although check in wasn't as smooth as we would have like and 2 of 3 rooms were ready (we were earlier than check-in) there were 3 in each room and the rooms were a really good size. The cafe/snack bar in reception was reasonably priced too. You could also get a kettle for your room. Minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants too.

Best thing going for this hotel is the central location to many sites. Our room was small and without a view, the A/C was very much ineffective, and the surrounding area can be very loud and rambunctious at night. The rooftop deck and pool is a nice amenity.

Great hotel with good amenities in a very good location for walking around and catching the Metro both. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your visit to Barcelona.

Hotel and staff were excellent enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was not worth the $20 a person. Had better breakfast outside of hotel for less.

Terrible and disappointing outcome when contacting the hotel. I had my belongings stolen which included my passport and unable to make my reservation due to not being able to travel and waiting for help from my embassy. The hotel was not empathetic or cared and refused to allow a refund or change of dates!!! Very disappointed when this hotel was referred to me!!! With attitude like that I would definitely suggest any other hotel!!!
