The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter.

Have stayed in a few places in La Molina and this is my favourite for ski trips. We stayed in a Duplex which comfortably sleeps 6. The hotel is perfectly located for the slopes (100m walk to the lift), beds are comfy, service is excellent.

The hotel is ok, it is quite close to the beginners area in La Molina Ski resort. However the stuff was not professional and they didn't meet our expectations at all. Also, the hotel was a bit noisy during the nights, and you could hear people talking in other rooms or in the corridor.

Three nights stay at HG La Molina in late summer. The hotel was clean and comfortable and there was an extensive buffet breakfast. The building is modern with good facilities but it is a bit worn around the edges and could do with some superficial maintenance. This didn’t stop us from having an excellent stay and good value for money.

Was a family trip, the picture of the room that I booked was with mountain view, and taking into account that I was charged 175€/night I assume that I will have at least the room of the picture. I didnt. Staff was friendly and helpful, however the daily housekeeping didn’t include change of bedsheets, we stayed 4night in the hotel and no one change the bedsheets. I trying asking the housekeepers, not easy to communicate though. The general facilities and location was good. Restaurant was nice with nice view and they were changing menu every day. The most friendly part of staff was the bartender, helpful and professional, considering that he was one of the few people speaking English, was lovely to have him around. The main plus of the hotel is that is next to slopes, but being 4star hotel with that price I don’t consider that is worthy.

Hotel was comfy with all the typical amenities of a ski resort. Nice common area to relax in but lack of hotel-wide wifi was surprising.

Loved the breakfast!! The views of the Pyrenees mountains!!

I wanted to visit a ski area to decide if I could buy my grandchildren a skiing holiday. I loved the family atmosphere with young children having fun and with boots that seemed bigger than them. Very nice hotel, good food with other restuarents and bars nearby. Unfortunately the prices for ski slopes, gear, skis preclude my paying, seaside will suffice, but it was a pleasant stay and good for watching.

Lovely modern room, thick towels, good large shower, excellent full buffet breakfast. In-hotel Locker for ski equipment made that easy too.

This place offers a lot on the website, but then everything costs extra. I would never stay there again.

Great service, good hotel with lovely Spa where children are also welcome. Location is a bit remote, but that can be expected in the Mountains... Overall a fantastic and friendly family hotel, highly recommended for winter/summer breaks.

Hotel was perfectly ok overall. Staff were friendly. However, over rated as a '4 Star' hotel. Rooms were a good size and well presented, just totally bland and boring. The entrance reception is a good indicator of how uninspired the hotel decor is.... contemporary to a fault with no individual character. If it was not based in a ski/mountain resort, I would class it as a boring, 3 Star business hotel.

Wonderful hotel, with fantastic facillities. We went in the summer for walking and there are some great trails up mountains and to the beautiful lakes. Out of season it is very quiet.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location for skiers. Helpful Staff. Clean. Great choice of food for breakfast (included in price). Have stayed there on two occasions and would definitely go back again.

En principio bastante bien el hotel, aunque un poco lento el registro y la salida. Para comer había poca variedad y el servicio no reponía las bandejas que quedaban vacías.

Tot molt bé. Però em sembla una deficiència important que la majoria del personal no tan sols no et poden atendre amb català sinó que ni tan sols l'entenen. Em sembla que en un establiment turístic que no et puguin atendre amb la llengua oficial és molt greu.

Hotel ideal como lugar de desconexión. Las habitaciones, amplias, nuevas y limpias satisfacen las necesidades perfectamente. El buffet de desayunos, amplio y muy bien atendido por el personal, y el spa, aunque finalmente no pudimos ir, atendido por un personal muy atento.

Best hotel in La Molina! But quite a lot of noice from the hotel behind. Chose front side rooms! Great views from the front side.
