Great place, really nice room in a great area. Bed was so comfortable that we actually stayed an extra day so we could sleep in! LOL. Room was super clean. Host was fantastic - would recommend this place.

Great apartment in a great location.

Clean room. Small but nicely decorated. Wonderful personal. A little hard to find if you don’t speak Italian. I’d stay there again.

Very close to the market and the bridges from Siracusa. Nice, big rooms with excellent air conditioning. Motorcycles a bit loud from the first floor. Friendly staff. No real breakfast available on premises, but numerous options close-by.

Great location, good size apartment and bed.

Overall fantastic location. Warning for those with cars, the parking is very limited so I strongly recommend making arrangements before arriving. Also, the property is located in an area where cars are not allowed so be prepared to walk with your luggage to the property.

Really nice property in great location.

This property is perfectly placed for sites and restaurants in Ortigia and close to the bridge to the main town of Syracuse. The manager is helpful and communicative. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Great spot and very friendly staff

Near the Tempio di Apollo by a street where there are nice shops, building offering a nice studio style apartment with sleeping area, sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The communication was very good from the owners who were welcoming and helpful. Aircon and WiFi very good. Property has a lift.

Clean, comfortable and great location

At the entrance in Ortigia, next of main street, behind Cannella shop, but very quiet location! Very large room with comfy bed, sofa & working table, basic equipped kitchen, well cleaned. Francesco waited for us and give us a warm wellcome. La Pigna restaurant was very tasty & fresh, as well! Don't touch mirror right side button: we stopped the water heater :) it should be blocked ;)

Good central location, clean, roomy and modern. But bc it’s next to busy street, you’ll hear some street noises. It also needs more wall hooks in the bathroom.

Korzystaliśmy z apartamentu 2-pokojowego, dobrze wyposażonego, komfortowego, bardzo czystego. Położony jest w doskonałej lokalizacji na wyspie Ortyga i wszystkie zabytkowe obiekty oraz promenada, dostępne były w zaledwie kilka minut. Budynek wyposażony jest w windę. Lokal posiadał klimatyzację i składał się z pokoju z aneksem kuchennym, sypialni i dużej łazienki. Wyposażony w 2 telewizory, płytę indukcyjną, naczynia oraz inne kuchenne utensylia. Brak było czajnika elektrycznego oraz żelazka ( na szczęście mieliśmy oba urządzenia własne, turystyczne) i deski do prasowania, natomiast była rozkładana suszarka na np. mokre ręczniki. Bardzo praktycznie zastosowano w dwóch miejscach dodatkowe gniazdka euro, w pozostałych były w systemie włoskim. Łóżko duże, wygodne. Zewnętrzne żaluzje dobrze chroniły od nadmiaru słońca. Codziennie sprzątano. Na korytarzu umieszczono pojemniki na recyklingi. Obsługa miła i sympatyczna. Właściwie jedynym minusem był hałas dochodzący z ulicy.

Great place in a perfect location

2 nights in winter worked very well for us. The room was in an annex, and had everything we needed, including an efficient space heater. Singin and out were quick, and the staff welcoming and knowledgeable.

Brilliant location just as you enter Ortigia only a few meters away from Temple of Apollo and within walking distance of markets,cafes, restaurants and attractions. The host Francesco is very welcoming and provided all the information we needed. We booked the economy apartment which was perfect for our three day stay, spotlessly clean, spacious and had a small kitchen area. The apartment is a restricted vehicle area but paid parking available at Parcheggio Talete or there is free parking area around Riva Della Posta that Franceso directed us to.
