The place is beautiful and comfortable, all are welcoming and helpful, the area is totally safe and walkable, public transport not a far walk, the internet could use some work and maybe a transport service into Rome center could be helpful. All in all, I would defy stay there again, oh and the restaurant Boca which is next door, is second to none!! Absolutely fantastic!!!

This hotel is a little quiet boutique hotel with clean rooms, a decent breakfast included, great parking, and located near a bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. Two restaurants were near and a grocery. We would definitely stay there again!

The room was clean and cool with AC. The hallway was so hot though and I could not communicate well with anyone there. The toilet didn't flush well and the bathroom had no towel racks. It was fine to stay for one night, but there is not much around and it falsely advertised it was close to the airport. It was 20 minutes away and we had to pay another 50 euro to get there....staying in the city near a train would have been more convenient.

It was great! No Elavator but rooms weren’t far. Up a staircase and down a hallway

We stayed in the hotel for two days, triple room. The third was really uncomfortable, and I was bet by bedbugs for two nights, different kind of insects crawl in the room. breakfast is very cheap, no varieties - not recommended .

Staff is friendly but couldn't communicate due to language barriers. Need to do something about the mosquitoes in the lobby.

We had a connecting flight that resulted in a layover in Rome, and booked thinking this hotel is close to the airport. A representative at the Airport Information Desk called the hotel for us to inquire about a shuttle, but since we didn't request in advance it wasn't available and said the shuttle was for minimum 3 people so wouldn't apply to the two of us anyway. We got varying rates from taxi drivers and took the least expensive 40 Euro. The hotel was clean and the decor is fitting with the Romeo & Juliette theme. The desk clerk was extremely helpful in getting us a 630am taxi back to the airport that only cost 26 Euro. Overall a good experience except for shuttle service.

I highly recommend this Hotel for their quality / professional services and assistance by the staff members. Even though Hotel is bit away from Rome, it's was next to highway, that's goes straight to Rome in 20 mins.

We picked this hotel because we wanted to be fairly close for our departing flight out of FCO. We were still about 20 minutes away from the airport. The decor felt like you were staying in an old museum. We like antiques and museums, but this just felt old and outdated.
