This hotel is well located close to a lot of the Old Town highlights. There's a bus / tram stop within easy reach and you'll be welcomed warmly by the magnificent team. The building has been beautifully restored, is tastefully decorated and has a tranquil outdoor space. Breakfast was plentiful and there were lots of options. I'd have enjoyed the aspirin of hot boiled eggs, or fried eggs as I like drier scrambled eggs than were provided. My room was a good size and well maintained. I enjoyed the coffee machine, tea was also provided and there were some English language TV channels available. The bathroom was lovely and I was very I was very comfortable there. There was some noise transfer from the neighbouring room. There was a safe in the room. There was free vodka tasting each evening from 9pm until 10pm and I commend the excellent staff team. I would like to thank Sandra ( or Sara ) at the front desk who was extremely helpful regarding my transportation problem with Hoper which did not show up.She took her time to help us arrange the transportation to our destination.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our week stay everything was fantastic. Great friendly staff, great breakfast, clean hotel, comfortable bed and lovely garden to sit in. Will certainly return if we come back to Krakow.

Friendly staff, the room was clean. Good location

We were booked into the hotel for a long weekend. The staff were very welcoming. We were on the top floor. Our room was small but had everything we needed including a kettle, coffee maker and a fridge. The bathroom was modern with a lovely big shower. We also had adequate storage space for our clothes. Breakfast in the morning was continental and there was a good variety of foods. At the weekend the hotel had a vodka tasting session in the evening at the reception area! They also had tea and coffee making facilities and a few biscuits if you wanted refreshments. The hotel itself was very clean and homely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was great as it is on a quiet side street and very close to the old town and transport. There are a few bars and a small supermarket just around the corner. If we are ever back in Krakow we would definintely stay at the Amber Boutique again.

A small boutique hotel within walking distance to old town made it super-accessible to everything. Warm, welcoming staff were very hospitable and provided personal attention. Beautiful decor and quiet, comfortable rooms made it a very home-like feel versus the standard hotel environment. The whole establishment had a lot of character with a cute patio at the back, also with charging outlets to use electonics. Excellent lavish breakfast spread as well. Last but not least, they even offered a complementary vodka tasting one night :) Truly one of my best stays out of 7 different ones on my entire Polish itinerary!!!

The hotel was very good. Friendly reception staff. Cleanliness was excellent. Nice breakfast. Quiet area, but very close to the centre. Felt very safe. All in all very very good.

Fantastic stay

Beautiful classic European property in the most convenient location. Walk to everything! Nice breakfast! Cute mini courtyard, gym. Staff was polite and very friendly. Room is small, but has all you need. Bed comfortable. Would love to come to Krakow and stay at same hotel again! PS: I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because I hope for some bathroom improvements in future. It’s a bit outdated with standing free metal shelf (at least in my room) and need toilet seat replaced with one that has no rubber details on bottom- it seems impossible to keep lean and that is only minus.

Clean, comfy and the location is perfect. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The square and park is a 5 minute walk. We felt very safe even late at night.

Great 4 night stay. All the reception staff, day snd night are excellent. Customer service spot on, nothing too much trouble. Centrally located, perfect for a vistvto the main square, 5 minutes walk away.

La localización está excelente para ir a ver diferentes atracciones, restaurantes, shopping y transporte público. El desayuno es básico comparado con otros hoteles en el área, pero en general, si recomiendo Amber Boutique Hotel.
