Nice hotel but no elevator. Rooms were very large and parking was easy. Cute bar area stayed open for us and they had a very nice breakfast in the morning.

We were relying on the fact that the shuttle service was available to pick you up from the train station, which was the impression we got from the listing. When we arrived, after a long day of travel, we were told that the shuttle was not available and we should "call a taxi". They didn't offer to call a taxi for us or anything. I really have never experienced anything like this when traveling at a hotel at this level. We were able to get a taxi in this little town and take a €12 ride up to the hotel where the clerk asked me to show them the email to try and prove that I was wrong. In the end, the email was not very specific and I received no apology or anything. We got off to a very bad start. The property is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. But the staff, except for the shuttle drivers, who are really wonderful, were really rude. It was such a lovely place, but we were really turned off by the desk staff. Please know you are limited to two shuttle trips per day so if you don't have a car you are paying for taxis. There is no food on site after breakfast so you have to figure that as well.

What a great place. Beautiful bite from the patio. Close to town shuttle runs frequently. The breakfast is unbelievable everything you can imagine absolutely delicious and set up beautifully

This is a gorgeous, family run hotel in the hills just 5 minutes drive above Levanto, with wonderful views down to the sea. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was simple and beautifully done (and great coffee). But we stayed in mid-April and their restaurant wasn’t open yet, with no guest bar either or any spaces indoors accessible to sit or eat/drink during the day (except for breakfast) or evening. In the summer there will be terraces open and the pool - but out of season, we felt they were missing an opportunity to use their indoor spaces too. And with no in-room kettle or coffee-making facilities - it was just a bit too basic. We’d go again - it is truly lovely - but in the summer next time.

Set up in the hills overlooking Levanto, this was a lovely & quiet hotel. They also provide bus shuttle services into Levanto & return. They provide a lovely self service buffet breakfast inside or out on the terrace. Once in Levanto you purchase train tickets to all of Cinque Terra towns, and the National Park entry tickets We really enjoyed our 3 day stay there.

We loved the quiet location and convenience to the train into Cinque Terre. Staff was great and even we able to accommodate us when we decided to stay an extra night. Highly recommend.

What an amazing location, right in the hills overlooking quaint homes and a church whose bells you can listen to. Also has an infinity pool overlooking the valley. The breakfast was amazing, many homemade items. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful get away in the country.

Al Terre di Mare was the perfect place for our 3 nights in Cinque Terre. The hotel is charming and clean, with gorgeous views and a wonderfully-appointed room with everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing and we benefited greatly from the hotel shuttle which transported us to and from the town and the train station multiple times. We were thrilled to be staying near but not in the 5 towns and Levanto is a great town. Pool season was over so we didn’t use it but the owners packed us a beautiful breakfast the morning we left because it was so early. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly. We loved it and would stay there again any time. Grazie!
