Pros : clean, friendly staff Cons : no wifi in rooms, no nut free desserts We also booked the Italian restaurant on friday and we were told it was closed and to go try the Lebanese ?? A bit disappointing

Everything was excellent, staff welcoming and friendly. Beautiful area of Egypt.

Food was okay. Have to pay extra for real juice, which is disappointing- especially because they don’t warn you about that but surprise you with the bill later. Only other juice available is gross fake sugar-water juice. Not much in the way of healthy options, either beverage or food-wise.

Hassled by the animation team a lot. At least 3 times an evening. Near impossible to get sunbeds. Food good, rooms clean. Everything charged in euros and constantly trying to push other drinks not in package on you. Italian restaurant poor. Others good.

the hotel is gorgeous, lovely staff very helpful and friendly pool barman Hassan and Ahmed thank you in the restaurant Mr. Abdulkadir was so nice greeting everyone and recommend something always what a lovely man thank you A very special thank you to Mahmud "Housekeeping guy" super clean and polite overall it was a lovely relaxing break and i will come back

Just an average hotel, definitely not 5*, not even 4* in European standards. It's short in terms of rooms, food, service with poor to extremely unprofessional in handling one simple complaint and just a non stop flow of lies by their complacent managers and everyone either lies or tries to cover for someone else that it makes you feel disgusted so unless you are willing to not complaint about anything or anyone even if you have an issue then I would definitely stay avoid at any cost ! So if you want to still visit it then it's at your own risk cos your vacation can turn into a nightmare

The hotel is no up to 5 stars. The food is ok, activities lacking and service, other than in bars mediocre. They are constantly trying to sell other things to you.

it was a good trtip ,the place is clean ,AC is available in the room and in the hall and everywhere,pool is good and the beach is good also,there is agood area of the see to swim if the waves are high and not permitted to swimm directly in deep sea.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great food choices and variety. We especially liked the freshly baked bread for breakfast. We also enjoyed the dive shop facilities onsite.

great location - near the Marsa Mubarak national park, where you can easily find a dugong (sea cow), giant sea turtles and giant manta rays - so, if you're a good swimmer, don't pay for the excursion - just go there by foot and observe them every day! the hotel has a very beautiful reef laguna, where you can meet new kinds of fishes every time you snorkel. pretty nice variety of food, very beautiful territory, not far from Port Ghalib, from where you can take different excursions or spend an evening at the fish restaurant. there is a good touristic store in the hotel where you can buy a lot of useful and pretty stuff for a fair price.
