Room was okey, could use new pillows

Staff member camilo was amazing, he was patient and kind helped with heating system in our room , advised us on transportation just so nice all staff nice room was just like picture clean , breakfast was good we would go back to that hotel location is ideal

Staff was friendly , but there was a terrible smell coming from the sewage in the bathroom so I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. The neighbors were also very noisy. The breakfast buffet was horrendous, worst eggs and tortilla de patata I have ever tried

We chose a basic room with twin beds. Cheapest bc we were planning a long trip. This hotel was probably built a couple hundred years ago. The room was large, with NO windows, only two air vents. However, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!!! And two doubles, too. Rainhead shower about 6.5' tall. Great location. Right by San Antonio market and 3 blocks from Hop On/Hop Off Bus stop. 2 blocks to airport shuttle. Restaurant attached was delicious. Highly recommend.

Bathroom no shower door, it make the bathroom all wet after shower, very danger when the floor wet.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful

This was OK for an overnight stay on our way out of Barcelona. I liked the location and neighborhood. This probably was a very nice hotel at some point, but seems to have been neglected and needs a refresh. There was mold in the bathroom and other areas where a fresh coat of paint would be needed. For the price I would have expected more. The bed was comfortable though … strange TV set up behind mirrored glass.

Very unique hotel with character. Didn't like the neighbor smoking on the balcony and flicking his cigarette ashes onto mine, as well as him thinking it was ok to disturb guests with his loud conversation at 3:00 a.m., with his friend on the balcony. It's an older hotel and not sound proof so the hotel policy should be updated to support guests with being polite.

Laa instalación son bastante antiguas. La primera habitación que me dieron a mi bebé y a mi tenía olor a cigarrillo, terrible. Me hicieron un cambio obviamente pagando extra a una suit

Great hotel. Enormous, comfy bed, very clean and well located.

Check in was horrendous and they had only 1 person on reception when I arrived. They were checking in about 7 people as a group but one at a time. I had to go for lunch as I would have been waiting ages. The rooms were really noisy with no sound proofing and hard wooden floors so you could constantly hear foot steps. Breakfast was very average. I accept this is a 3 star hotel but when you pay over €1,000 for 2 nights, this should be a lot better

We were treated like family.

Cheap room ( off season) I could hear people in adjacent rooms talking and laughing. Flushing of water through pipes.

I would say that the hotel need improvement (cleanliness)door lock need to check not functioning right...card key is not working properly
