The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the Catedral, Alcázar and el Acueducto. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 6th floor, it's worth it for the spectacular views including swifts, storks and hot air balloons early in the morning. One minor suggestion is that the gym needs a little bit of care - particularly the weight machine.

No me gusto q soy impedida y me dieron una habitacion que tenia q subir escaleras, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba suficiente! Y me dijeron q era la temperarura q podian usae! Nosorros somos turistas y poruqe nos limitan la temperatura! Casi no pude dormir del calor!

Good breakfast buffet. I had a room to the back with a view which was nice and quiet. Overall a good 3-star hotel.

Our stay was great. Parking was very easy, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is within walking distance to many restaurants and historic attractions. I recommend a stay at this hotel.

Close to parking and central to everything. Awesome views and the bath was very nice.

Upon arrival, we were expecting parking and was told there was none as we had to reserve a spot beforehand but now they were full. We were told to parked in an area between the green markings. We looked for 1/2 hour and could not find a spot, so we parked in a garage (27 Eruos/day). We later found numerous spots, below and behind the hotel. I wish we were told that is a great place to look. Also, we asked about a sitting area outside and was told there was none. Come to find out there is a huge patio area, in the afternoon sun, right outside their cafe, but the patio wasnt open for some reason. Disappointing. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

Nice location. Super helpful staff. Not much available once the breakfast buffet was closed, ie no restaurant or lounge or any shops close by. Very quiet. Would stay again.

Parking was easy to use with direct elevator access to hotel. Great room and wonderful view. Close to everything. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bon déjeuner,très variés. Bel hôtel mais impossible d’avoir un café ou rafraîchissement à l’extérieur du service déjeuner. Au prix où est l’hôtel le minimum serait une machine à café et thé disponible en tous temps puisque les restaurants ne sont pas à proximité.Le personnel est très agréable et compétent.

Well situated and really lovely stay. Far enough away from the Plaza/ shops to not be in the noisy areas on late nights, etc. But everything is close inside the old city! Beautifully restored old building with great updates and amenities!
