Good location, nice staff, clean, but a bit warm and no food included even though my booking said it would

Highly recommended. Fantastic views, stuff was really friendly and spoke great English. Breakfast buffet was really worth it.

The lobby and terraces old , with dust and abandoned, the recepction staff amazing and kind , the breakfast the same every day and the staff that serves it , not qualified . The terrace dirty, gym in a basement good equipment but terrible space.

Our room was beautiful and the views unimaginable. The only problem was carrying our luggage up and down, since there is no elevator access from the hotel front desk to the elevator on the 1st level. That was extremely inconvenient for us. You can walk about 5 min and you’ll be in plaza mayor with dining options. I didn’t like the breakfast. You can find something better somewhere else.

Well located, plenty of underground pay parking just few steps away… but two short sections of stairs make it not that comfortable if you are carrying big/heavy luggage

Great breakfast buffet, great secure parking garage with lift to reception and rooms. Nice spacious room, big balcony (but not much view).

Hotel is within the walled city , which means very close to everything.. easy to reach everything walking.. The room is very small, and I don't even know if there was a way to adjust the AC.. They must have had the heat on the night I stayed, because it was a little cold outside yet. yet ended up being very, very warm in the room.. had to open the the window to sleep. parking was included with the price that were on my, which was nice.. biggest complaint was breakfast.. That was also included, in hindsight, I wish it was not.. would have much rather paid for a decent breakfast.. first time I have not liked Iberian ham .. That quality was horrible.. the quality of the home breakfast was horrible.. service was very slow.. as I said before, I think it is better they do not offer breakfast, or if they do charge people and let them get decent food..
