Staff was very nice handling our issues and the room and bathroom overall were clean and spacious. Issues were a broken shower head line (which was repaired for us when we returned) and unfortunately our key card to access the parking lot, hotel entrance, and our room was somehow de-activated after our first night, leading to us needing to call the emergency line. Ultimately, they had a system in place to get us back to our room, but it was concerning considering the key card is all guests have to access the property in any way after 11pm.

Perfect tourist class hotel with plenty of free parking. Decent breakfast. All renovated hotel. The property is in perfect condition. The balconies were awesome. I didn’t realize how to open the metal bar but once I figured it out I enjoyed the balcony. Great location short drive distance from major towns. This hotel is in a very safe residential neighborhood.

The absolute best part of this property is the staff!! Alberto and Giorgia were incredibly friendly, professional and so helpful with providing my husband and I with wonderful places to visit right around the property along with great places to dine. You can tell they love what they do and are passionate about ensuring you enjoy your visit. We had so much fun with Alberto while enjoying the delicious cappuccinos and cocktails he prepared for us. He gave us some quick lessons in Italian and shared fun stories. The hotel is very nice, clean, modern and comfortable located in a quiet residential area. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The hotel is centrally located to lots of areas around Lake Garda, Verona and Gardaland. Each place takes approximately 10-20 minutes to reach via car but you enjoy scenic drives through lots of vineyards. The also have a wonderful breakfast with lots of homemade items- definitely worth enjoying. I highly recommend this hotel and think you will enjoy your visit. Oh.. they also have free onsite covered garage parking! We will absolutely return! Enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, large rooms, and it’s around the lake garda area. Not a lot of nightlife though.

We had to leave at 5 AM to catch our flight. Even though breakfast started at 6:30, they had a table ready for us at 4:30. We never asked for this, only mentioned our early check-out the day before.

It was a bit of a noisy location. The hotel itself was very clean and nice. However, I would recommend asking for room on the back side of the hotel to cut down on the noise. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was overall very clean.

I go there with a good girl , it was really nice :) receptionist was very king and good person to us , if I ever go back to gardaland I will stay in Mod 05 again

Great hotel with friendly staff. Close enough to the lake and the local attractions and only 25min drive into Verona city centre.

Hotel is new and very good.Stuff are exelent and warm, especialy mr. Angelo. Wery kind stuff. Breakfest good and all hotel are clean. Rooms are realy good. Free wifi and private parking.Nothing are far from hotel. Good bar. A lot of maps and other broshures on front desk. Recommendation to anyone.

Café da manhã excelente, pessoal simpático, quarto muito limpo.

Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich spitze. Es fehlte an nichts. Leider war der Pool nicht beheizt und dementsprechend kalt im Juni. Auch die Reinigung des Pools war nicht optimal. Deshalb haben wir ihn nicht genutzt. Sonst war aber alles prima 😊
