Amazing city location.

Excellent position amongst restaurants and shops. Public transport near by

The staff were lovely and the Hotel was fine, very clean and comfortable and brilliantly positioned in the centre of the city. Very friendly- the only problem we had was in receiving the WiFi. Otherwise brilliant!

Hotel was nice and clean. There is construction across the street that is noisy in the morning although that will be finished one day. Check in and check out was really easy with no staff members present. Overall was a great place to lay your head after exploring sevilla.

Location very good , the bathroom had bad smell of sewerage , no facilities ie coffee , no one on reception , building works next door very noisy

This was advertised 3 stars I fail to see why. The room was smal the mattress and pillows poor quality no protectors on them huge refurb 2 metres from our window woken up at 7.30 with crane and cement truck where moved to another room but it was so small u could hardly walk round bed air con dripped all over pillows and floor no bar as in details no minibar no facilities no person on desk for 3 days everything by WA very very disappointing. It was clean enough and in good location but actual Hotel more like a Hostel

Quick and easy with perfect location.

No one is there to help you, you have to talk to someone thru an enterphone communication. Didn't see any single staff during my stay. Location is good.

Virtual check-in, but got all check-in information 2 days before arrival. In addition, there is a receptionist during the business hours to help.

Very clean room and hotel

We had a 5 night stay in the Plaza Hotel and had an amazing time. Location was excellent and 10 minute walk from the Cathedral area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Armine. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made. We booked the room with a terrace and had amazing views over the city. Yes the rooms are a little tired and dated, but for the price we paid we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend.

I mention in my original review that EXPEDIA should notify future clients that they MUST contact the hotel for registration prior to arrival, to get the code to unlock main door. Otherwise they may have to wait for hotel staff to let you in when they arrive at the hotel (around 13:00 / 14:00 hrs)

Although the room was a standard size the balcony was very large. Booked on a whim and was very impressed with the property. The staff was extremely helpful. The only downside was that there is construction in the neighbourhood but that's very common in Seville at the moment.

The bathroom in our room smelled like sewer the entire time. It was disgusting and really ruined our experience.

Comfortable very convenient to shops and site seeing opportunities would have like tea or coffee in room
