Friendly staff, clean room, excellent food in restaurant and convenient location

The hotel was okay. This is a dog friendly hotel but we couldn't take our dog with us in the restaurant, so after a 6 hour journey we had to drive to find somewhere to eat, which was difficult.

Hotel perfectly situated off the motorway. Nice clean room. Only problem was the air conditioning. Terrible and we stayed in May. Had to open the window but then had the road noise. Staff efficient - maybe could have been a little friendlier. Had a nice meal in the restaurant. Dog friendly.

A very nice place to stay on the way to Bilbao and the ferry to Portsmouth. Fairly modern, good Dinner menu and the Breakfast was good. Overall will be staying there again.

Everything was very good

Confortable bed, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Great service from clerk in reception area and breakfast area.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Area was very busy as close to the motorway but good when on a road trip!

Very nice hotel, handily placed for a night stop before a short 1 hr 20 drive to Bilbao for the ferry. Doggy friendly and a good dinner in the restaurant. Staff were all very nice.

Easy to find, impressive place, parking outside, felt safe. Great staff, very helpful. Brilliant room. Safe included, mini bar, very clean and modern. Fantastic breakfast. Would return.

The title almost explains everything I felt about my stay here however the ONLY negative was the almost impossible dirt track road to actually find the hotel off the roundabout! Once I finally got to the doors, staff were welcoming, the room everything required and breakfast very pleasant.

Location perfect for an overnight stop on the way to Bilbao port. Staff pleasant enough. Annoying though that we were not offered the menu del dia menu that the Spanish were offered in the restaurant for evening meal. Room clean, however there was a very unpleasant smell. Septic tank maybe? Breakfast very good.
