The host at the reception was so kind and sweet. Breakfast was freshly prepared and she made a delicious quince jam and sweet. Excellent location and close to the shrine.

The room was clean and the setup was professional. The parking was easy to find and it was free as well. The service was exceptional, everyone was nice and very helpful. The breakfast stood out the most and was one of a kind. All kind regards go to Florinda, the owner. Our stay was AMAZING !

The staff was amazing because they were so helpful!! They answered our every question and gave us ideas where to go for dinner. The beds were so comfortable and you can control A/C or heater in room.

The hotel is very clean with upgraded washroom. The staff is very helpful in assisting us and we need a taxi to the bus station early morning, the owner even use her personal car to drop us at the station. Wonderful place and amazing staff. Thank you.

Very clean. Spacious. Lovely loving staff. The older lady could not speak much English but was one of the nicest women I have ever met. She even gave my wife a take away keepsake gift upon check out. Parking is free on the street.

Very clean and nice room is. Pillows are a little too thin. Amazing price for the type of hotel, clean, quiet and great breakfast!! Cold cuts, yogurt, coffee, juices, pastries, cake, fruits.....

Fatima, being about 130kms away from the city of Lisbon, is suited for pilgrims only and we enjoyed our stay. However, language is a serious barrier to your enjoyment and movements. It just frustrates you, when people and signages are not in a language you understand, considering the number of pilgrims that visit. The distance from the bus terminal to the hotel is only about 10 mts walk. But it took us over an hour to find the place and eventually we had to take a taxi. The Holy Shrine is a fair distance from the hotel to the Basilca of Our Lady of Fatima
