We overall enjoyed our 4 night stay. There was miscommunication at the start, where one male receptionist insisted over email that we had not paid for the room, and Expedia could not resolve the issue quickly. This caused unnecessary anxiety as we had to do remote check-in at night. The female receptionist the next morning helped to clarify that payments went through. The room is spacious, warm and clean. The tap was installed a bit funnily (rotates about 90 degrees instead of 180 degrees), but otherwise not much issue. Fire alarm went off one night but it was quickly resolved.

Loved the room, it’s huge and has everything we needed. Location is fantastic - 1) walking distance to Westbahnhof, a transport node where you can conveniently get to everywhere, 2) lots of good eateries around the hotel. BIG kudos to housekeeping. Apartments are notoriously hard to maintained (especially the kitchen), but the room was extremely clean!

The hotel is excellent. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and both the housekeeping and reception staff were very helpful. The view from the Zebra room is absolutely stunning.

I stayed in this apartment hotel with my family for three nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a fridge, kettle, and cooking utensils. It also had a balcony with a pleasant view. The apartment hotel featured the owner’s modern and stylish artwork on the wall. Breakfast was not included, but it could be added for an additional €14 (€12 with the winter discount). The apartment hotel is located on Mariahilfer Street, one of Vienna’s busiest shopping streets, and is also within a 30-minute walk of Schönbrunn Palace. I would definitely recommend it to visitors travelling to Vienna!

The property itself was excellent value for money - excellent staff, great sized room for the money, great space for the money, comfortable bed, helpful amenities provided including soap and shampoo. Overall, the experience within the hotel itself was very good bordering on excellent, perfect for the money I paid. The downside - the area felt very sketchy at times, a bit hostile in the evenings. Future travellers - don't let this deter you, the hotel itself is brilliant for the money in my opinion, but just be aware of the need to be in at safe times or be aware of your surroundings when going to the hotel to an extent

The one downside was that the WiFi network was very poor and always dropping. Otherwise, well situated and on-site parking at a very reasonable price.

Very close to the main railway station. There are many dining options nearby. Easy accessibility to U-Bahn and tram lines is also available.

My family enjoyed staying at this apartment hotel on a one-week family visit in Vienna. We used to stay at a hotel on the other side of Mariahilfer Straße, across the street from the McDonalds. That hotel was already fully booked so we look for alternatives and found this Hotel. The room we had was huge, maybe 60 sqm with a kitchen and bathroom separating two bedrooms. The place is not fancy or anything but clean and generally pleasant to stay at. There is no AC. And no gym. This keeps the rates low, it seems. Would recommend for an extended stay.

There was no air conditioner in the room and it was physically uncomfortable to sleep and be in the room.
