We stayed for 3 nights. The room was just like the photos — clean, bright, and with a nice view. It’s in a quiet area close to the tram and metro, great if you don’t have a car. There’s also private parking. The staff were really nice and helpful. The place had everything we needed, even a dishwasher! The only bad thing was that the last night there was no hot water, but the other days it was fine. I really recommend it if you want to stay somewhere central in Vienna.

I have no complaints. There was a minor hiccup just prior to my arrival due to a flight cancelation. But thankfully, I was able to get to Vienna. The room was just as described. The checking was easy going and the agent very welcoming. The location is great with amazing food options nearby and metro station less than 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again, my next visit to Vienna.

Brilliant apartment — clean, tidy, and even better than in the photos, with a wonderful city view from both balconies. The staff were very friendly, and both the welcome and breakfast were excellent, also cleaning service. The location is perfect: close to the metro, tram, and bus stops. There are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, shopping centers, and a shopping street nearby. And if you enjoy walking, on a nice day you can even reach Schönbrunn on foot.

Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is plentiful with many options. On tram line and very easy to get to tourist sites.
