I stayed here only for one night with a friend. The room was as described, the mountain view was astonishing. The hotel is located in a quiet and sleepy village, a little local shop is 2 minutes from the hotel.

Great property, breakfast included and 4 chf per night for parking. Great breakfast and views are breathtaking from the room. As property were old and under construction, there was bit mess around and no fans or AC. We left windows open with lights off so no bees or insects visit us. However, we enjoyed best mountain views with easy parking and great variety of breakfast.

Perfect stay, very nice people.

It was dirty, there was a bug in the bed, as well as many flies and moths in the room, there was no one at the desk whenever we needed someone, the staff was not helpful when we could get ahold of them, and the shower head wouldn’t stay up on the rack so it would just shoot water everywhere.

Very historic and dated. It was nice to experience it. Tight quarters. Great views. Very airy. Could use some updates. Tea was good. Note: last bus is 6:27pm. We had to cut our nights short due to this. Good buffet breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Pros: Unforgettable view and great experience of using the hot tub on the balcony. Cons: Self-check-in- There wasn't a USB charger or wireless charger to charge my phone.

They advertised cable channels in every one. There was not a tv on the property anywhere accessible.

Beautiful view from the property. Unique, antique room style. Mostly clean. No AC, small selection from breakfast, hardly anyone at the reception desk.

Located at a quiet little town in Kiental, Switzerland. Beautiful surroundings. Cow bells and smell of cow poop

The owner was very rude with terrible customer service and human relation. The apartment isn’t well furnished, it is only suitable as an inn and not a hotel. The apartment doesn’t have a functional restaurant, so you need to take a bus down the hill before you can have any food or groceries. There aren’t TV’s or sockets in the room to charge your appliances. The location is only suitable for those who love hiking.

This place is beautiful and welcoming. We loved the time spent during our stay. Having breakfast included is a nice bonus. Would definitely return!
