The best part of the hotel for us was the staff....always smiling and trying to find a solution for every question you have. We had a suite...basic but size was fine-A/C slow-comfortable beds-good shower. Restaurant and breakfast have very low quality items/ingredients. Overall a nice stay.

The hotel is nice and convenient, with an excellent restaurant. The rooms are good and spacious. The only slightly disappointing aspect is that there are few buses connecting it to Frascati. Furthermore, the bus stop is almost invisible, situated on the side of the main road without a sidewalk or a proper bench to sit on.

Excellent room and bathroom. My room had a shared balcony with nice view. Location from city center is not close and the bad thing is that there is no pavements on the last 300m to the hotel (just grass).

The breakfast was terrible. Bad choices, always out of things, rude waitress.would be nice to see her smile sometime. The beds broke my back and the kids even had issues with the beds. Everything else was good. The staff at the reception were very nice.

Everything perfect, not quite sure about public transportation but taxi available 24/7 on request from front desk with friendly professional staff help. Chef of the restaurant runs incredible cuisine, fluent English. Very nice out door yard. Breakfast… hmm, not so much, more frashies could make difference

Great, I enjoyed it.

The hotel is absolutely lovely. The staff is so helpful and kind and the food is great. But fair warning to travelers: THIS IS WAY OUTSIDE ROME. Like 40$ euro taxi ride. 80 euro from rome Airport. 50 euro from campiano airport. 20 e just to get into the town of fira for restaurant options. Lovely place. Just plan accordingly. Expedia made it sound like a suburb. Wrong.

What a nice place...Rooms spacious and clinically clean. Lovely outside breakfast overlooking the pool and gardens..A quiet setting yet very convenient for the airport,Rome and Frascati..Will stay again and i have stayed in many nice hotels in Frascati the years

Camera un po’ da rimodernare specie il bagno e manca il bollitore. Sfortunatamente ho anche trovato un gruppo di ragazzi piuttosto rumorosi fino a tarda sera. Colazione sufficiente ma niente di eccezionale. Da una struttura così è lecito aspettarsi di meglio.

Struttura ottima, tranquilla, e molto bella sia per una trasferta di lavoro che per qualche giorno di vacanza. Scoperta molto positiva che utilizzerò sicuramente ogni volta che sarò in zona.

Heel slechte onbijt,staat op site royal breakfast maar alleen een sort witte brood en gesmolte kaas ,ham,en gesmolte boter, slecht en kapote fruit, loopt kakkerlake op badkamer, geen koffieapparaat en prullebak in kamer,we hadden veel betaald voor onbijt, ik heb brood en kaas zelf gekocht.en ik wil graag mijn geld terug . Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Il personale alla reception molto professionale e preparato. La struttura dispone di un ottimo ristorante e di un lounge bar all'aperto dove gustare ottimi vini e cocktail completamente immerso nel verde parco facente parte della struttura. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. 5 stelle su tutta la linea. Bravi!!!

Abbiamo segnalato che la pressione dell'acqua della doccia era bassa.

Un ottimo hotel all'ingresso di Frascati, comodissimo per il GRA: parcheggio, camere essenziali ma confortevoli (bagno grande e moderno), colazione buona. Personale gentilissimo.
