Staff was very friendly

Way overpriced!

We stayed for 12 days at this hotel. Staff was amazing and helpful.Side note I accidentally ordered a take and bake pizza with no way to cook it and a staff member took it home and cooked it for me. Everyone was energetic and positive, shout out to my mavorite maintenance man Brent, and kitchen manager Mr Miagi lol you guys are the BEST!!!

The room is clean and roomy. The view is good. Employees are friendly. I am impressed especially their price is lower than other business hotels in area.

Hotel was very nice, clran and quite. Staff was exceptional and very friendly. Will be staying there again on my way back home in a few days.

Good overnight stay in Wyoming

I guess things happen, but during our stay, we didn’t have room keys. The machine that programs them apparently wasn’t working. The staff let us into our room using the master key. After that, we arranged our activities to always have someone to let the other into the room.

Great stay for the NHSRF

The bed was ok, the height difference between the bath tub and the floor was poor and was almost a fall hazard everyday when stepping out. At some point they had an issue with the phones and this was noisy and messy as they worked on ceiling down the hallway outside my room.

Maintenance came by around 7:00 wanting me to let them into the room to check my phone in the room and then I had the do not disturb on the door this morning and housekeeper still knocked on. The door to clean up before 9:00 am they don’t seem to have the customer comfort in mind which is odd being comfort suites. Also it was extra expensive over $300 a night.

Small, crowded, not what the website said and over priced, in my opinion.

The night check in receptionist was so amazing and kind and got us checked in quickly. The bed was very hard and bathroom was clean but you could tell the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and there were little pieces of garbage on the carpet throughout the room. All the furniture look like a dog had chewed it, and the elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. The A/C fan stopped working in the middle of the night and it was super hot and loud in the room. It wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed, but for the price I was annoyed.

Stay was nice as well as the swimming pool but the breakfast offered was absolutely disgusting.

The hotel was great in every aspect.

There was no hair dryer Staff did not provide replacement. Jad to sey hair over the air conditioning vent. Very disappointed 😞

Bed was comfy, breakfast was ok & good restaurant across the street. Hotel was outdated & priced too high for what you got & for that area. Our room was NOT clean! Particularly the bathroom; disgusting! Pubic hairs on back and base of toilet, each side. Pee stains running down the toilet base. Pubic hairs in the corner of the shower floor and not just a few, a lot! The room did not feel 533sq ft for a king suite (350 at best), it had bunk beds in a nook, which was weird. Pink stains on pillowcase and comforter plus a 2in black hair on inner sheet, light switch didn't work, no sink stopper in bathroom, screeching sound the entire time out of shower faucet, toothpaste spots on mirror and the free toiletries were used and not full to the top.I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again. Had it not been so late and after driving 800 miles, I would have switched rooms or tried to have it cleaned, but this was the last room, or I even would have went somewhere else. It's unfortunate too, usually we have great experiences with Comfort Inns. The lady at the front desk, Brea, was amazing and friendly. I feel like I got ripped off!
