The bed was comfortable slept good. Needs to update furniture 😫 needs a microwave in room. Only 1 garbage 🗑 in the room.

Great stay

I guess it goes without saying the smoke smell and actual cigarette smoke was not super pleasant. There was a chair in our room that had multiple stains on it. There was no shower gel. Other than that, we slept well and enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort, especially the band playing in the casino.

It was ok. Hotel didnt have microwaves in rooms which sucked but everything else was good

The bed was not very comfortable. Wall paper peeling in room. Air conditioner was not working correctly. Southern comfort food from food court lack seasoning, , lacked portions, quality, and taste.

As I entered my room, I was very happy to see floors that were not carpeted. They used some wood like surface. That was a plus. My bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was extremely smelly pillows. It smelled like they hadn’t been changed or washed in forever. It was difficult to use these pillows although the pillow cases were clean. Please wash or replace the pillows. The rooms were non smoking which was a plus. I have no other complaints and would stay there again. The rates were very reasonable and I enjoyed my stay.

Convenience of hotel and cosino.

Don’t care for the smoking everywhere. We got a non smoking room and there was a very strong deodorizer smell that gave my wife a headache. Room was clean and nice. Staff was nice also. We stayed the night after a boxing match.

Check in girl was unprofessional. Check out lady was nice. Place was clean but dated. Sort of a mixed bag. Just ok.

The front desk clerk changed our room to smoking room even though it was a non-smoking room so that it wouldn't be so far down the hall for us. Excellent customer service!

Everthing was Great

Beds too high for a handicap room. Had trouble getting in. Only had one face cloth for a 2 person check-in.

The room was small, burn marks on the floor, but the beds were great. Slept wonderfully. No perks, no breakfast, but employees were very helpful.
