Wonderful stay. Pool/hot tub facilities were well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The room was clean and bed was very comforatable. Will not hesitate to return!

Booked this room and drove 2hrs because of the separate tub in room. Upon arrival there was NO tub in room. I spent an hour online with customer service who said they spoke with hotel to get me room I booked and that they would call me back in 2 hours to make sure it was taken care. They NEVER called back. The room was in horrible shape and Hampton Inn said I didn’t get an upgraded room because it was booked through HOTELS/EXPEDIA. I was offered no compensation or reimbursement for this unbelievable disaster

It was fine, but could use an update.

Only problem was advertised pool and whirlpool were not maintained.truly not usable..should not advertise their avaolability if they are not maintained

We enjoyed our three nights at the Hampton Inn in Webster. The breakfasts were good and the beds very comfortable. We were first put in a second floor room that had a heavy perfume odor. I went down to the desk to ask for a different room and the clerk (blonde with a tan) who had just come on duty (they had just switched shifts—this was about 3:15 on Dec 23) was rude to me when I told her the issue. She minimized our concern by asking me questions like “Do you wear cologne? Do you use Dove soap? etc.”. She finally very begrudgingly gave us a room on the third floor. This room was free of the odors. Other than the rude clerk, we very much enjoyed our holiday stay. All the other staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

It was a good stay. We checked in easily, spent a couple of nights, spent some time in the hot tub. It was good.

Great location and hotel for what we needed. Great breakfast!!! Gym is OK, but better than other hotel chains.

I went in with three young lady and they had fun in the pool and they also enjoy the continental breakfast.

Front desk person was fantastic. Breakfast was OK, for being included free. Ample parking. Very clean. Very quiet Odd the shower curtain barely was long enough to go inside the bathtub.
