Calm street

I wanted a hotel near to the Vila Tugenhat and tram lines that would be good for an overnight stay. Hotel Europa met my needs. It isn't fancy, but the staff are welcoming, friendly, and informative and helpful. The rooms could do with renovation, but they are spacious, comfortable and clean. I was on the top floor in hot weather, but opening the skylights at night and air con at other times fixed that. The breakfast in the morning was a real spread of hot and cold options and very delicious. I was very happy at Hotel Europa

Great location to Brno, only disappointment was the A/C was poor and sleeping was too warm.

Lovely hotel with a very nice breakfast. Easy access to both the villas and the old city.

The hotel is in a quiet area and the room is well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Some of the furniture was old and stained, but otherwise a very nice experience. The breakfast was nice and staff helpful.

Property was in a quiet yet convenient area, great breakfast buffet quality and tastes exceptional. Room was sizeable and very clean, I had no issues with this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I visit Brno in the future

One of the reasons we booked this hotel is it advertised free parking When we got here we were told their parking was full and we had to pay 26 euro to park. We would have chosen another hotel

The hotel was nice, with lovely architecture (I loved the inside stairs; US hotels frequently have hideous utilitarian staircases). The bathroom in our room didn’t have a lot of counter space, and there are 5 steps up from the street which were a bit of a struggle with my suitcase, but otherwise, it was very nice, with a pretty view (and a flower box) out the window. The breakfast was lavish and varied, with dessert foods as well as more usual breakfast fare.

Very conveniently placed next to Luzanky park. Staff friendly and helpful. Room nit too small & good bathroom. Mattress was way too soft and spongy. Breakfast was decent.

Beautiful building in quiet, tree-lined street. Close to lovely historical park with many trees/arboretum. Easy walk into town centre.

The location is fantastic. A little walk away from the city center but it's such a nice area with a wide pedestrian paved lane between two tree lined one way street with Luzanky Park at the top. About 450 m from Janacek Theatre. Do yourself a favor and go watch the innovative water feature there at dusk. Our room was spacious, soundproof, lots of storage, comfortable beds. Great shower pressure. Wi-Fi worked well. Fantastic breakfast- the selection is outstanding. The only cons were - the bottom of two wall needed cleaning or repainted and the bath tub is very high and might prove challenging for people with mobility issues. Would stay here again!

Parking and allowing dogs is a plus. Other than that, a standard 3 star hotel.

Viktoria was excellent. Friendly, helpful and made us feel at ease.

Overall pleasant stay. The place is in good location, public transport is nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet, with some cafes and restaurant within 100 meters. The breakfast was standard, service was good. The couple of downsides I would say are that the room did not have any safe. And the sign of the hotel is not very visible from the outside, so might take a moment to find the entrance, which is also not accessible friendly (have to climb a few stairs to get to the reception). But may be they have back entrance which might be more accessible)

Great hotel for convenience to get to Moto GP. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Negatives. No shampoo or conditioner in bath and none available when we asked at front desk. Shower leaked onto floor. Shower head fell out of fixture constantly. Mattress fell off frame. Expected more from a hotel which charged me in excess of $300 per night.
