We arrived and checked in. Our room was next to a very loud child. We asked to move. Was accommodations very quickly. Very nice staff.

I only have one concern for the bathtub safety. The tub is quite slick and there's really no handle to help. I understand the sanitation issues for tubs but safety is important for all.

AC didn’t work upon arrival, maintenance wasn’t on-site to fix, thermostat only needed batteries

Over the years I've stayed here a few times and even after years it still appears well maintained, not old and run down. The one thing I wasn't too thrilled about was the lack of drawers to put cloths away. Places to hang things but socks and undies alas, lacked living quarters.

Very convenient location. Surrounded by several places to eat and/or shop. Disliked that our garbage was never emptied during our stay as we had a child in diapers.

When checking in I had to wait 10 minutes as the attendant was upstairs tending to a room apparently with no signage stating that there was no one there at that time. So i was yelling "HELLO" waiting for someone to either answer me or show up.

Newly renovated. Quiet. Nice continental breakfast and comfy beds.

Seemed like the hotel was newer due to not much wear n tear OR they do a great job keeping the place up! Either way we really enjoy the property and loved how clean it was!

Room thermometer restting to default 63ish F was annoying - to enter a cold room. Front desk guys Friday and Saturday nights (maybe Dale and Manny) were very good hosts and welcoming. Great face for Microtel hospitality.

Everything was good but they had a power outage for 5 hours in the morning and did not offer a refund or discount for the inconvenience of not having electricity. It was pitch black in the room and only emergency lights in the hallways.

Great spot. Had what we needed for our ski stay.
