Everything was nice! TV service was not very good. My issue was figuring out how to use the remote. I pressed guide but nothing came on. Probably just me, I'm not very tech wise. And bathroom remodel is very nice, except in my room the glass sliding shower doors were very hard to open and close. May of been uneven a bit. Also some water leak on the floor from the door (s). But overall a very nice stay.

The hotel and location were good. The breakfast was a bit less than expected. The room was nice and quiet and was a nice size. However, it would have been nice to have a desk or table, or some place to eat.

Rooms were not ready on time. Once rooms were ready an hour to an hour and a half late many guests in our party were moved and switched rooms for some reason. After poor check in service the housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am to ask if we were leaving soon LOL !

First the check in was fast. The room were very cozy and had everything we needed. Very clean. This place had soda machines at every corner. The room bed were very soft and clean sheets. The breakfast was great. If you need anything even something small. The staff was willing to help out. Great customer service from everyone we met.

The room smelt like mold and I found a roach in the restroom. I was not able to change rooms because they were booked and I was also told I could not get a refund.

Nice hotel but needs some updates. TV didn't work and had a huge line through the screen and no local channels worked.

Close to restaurants. Nice and quiet.

The staff were friendly and amazing. The room, however, was old. The carpeting was yuk and the room needs updating. Probably wont stay there again for the price.

Overall a nice property. I think staff needs to be cognizant of where they put kids and teens who run in the halls and slam doors.

Great breakfast.

Not enough handicap parking. If you are not at hotel early you do not get parking.
