Booked double room for couple ended up get a room with 2 small beds which is not acceptable for a young couple. The staff was rude when asking to swap the room if possible. His name is Darius Nguyen. Breakfast buffet was good. Toilet was wet and leaking all the time. Drain blockage. Not working properly. Bad experience at the hotel. Never come back again

Thật sự rất tệ. Kỳ thị khách nước ngoài, thái độ với khách và phòng thì cũ như được xây từ thế kỷ trước. Liên hệ đổi phòng không được, đặt 4 đêm nhưng check out ngay sau 2 tiếng cũng không được hoàn tiền

khong ok lam, như cô ý đổi phòng khác để mình phai bù thêm tien. lien lac với nhân viên tư vấn rât khó. gui mail yêu cầu đồ ăn trươc 24h mà không ai trả lời
