Great location! Check in was super fast and easy! Staff was very friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, very convenient. Indoor poor was great! Breakfast had a variety of food but very good options! Highly recommend.

I loved it. Meeting plans changed while I was on the way there, so I had two nights and a full day with no car to just hang out. The hotel was almost overstaffed by helpful friendly people - the shuttle was available to take me to a convenience store, breakfast buffet was excellent, hotel bar and dinner were equally wonderful - could not have been better! I highly recommend it - and it is where the pilots and flight attendants all stay as well.

Our stay was okay. Check in was easy, once we got to our floor it felt empty as there was no decor. Room was overall okay. Nothing to write home about. Bathroom didnt feel clean as there was hairs all over that werent ours.

Me and my husband come here for a quick getaway, so we can unwind. We work 6 day's a week, so the jetted tub suite is a must for us. The breakfast is always excellent and the management and reception are always friendly and helpful.

I was very upset with this holiday inn. We've stayed there several times over a hundred. This is my kid's favorite getaway spot. But I was disgusted with the condition of the hotel but with the services. I feel as if they should have told me before I paid for the room that the pool was closed. That the laundry room was not operable. That they no longer have an option to order food from the hotel. Our room was located on the 6th floor all the way at the end of the hall and three times they gave me a key that didn't work. All of that being said I was still charged $126 and $100 deposit. When I found out that all of these amenities were not available I asked if I could cancel my booking and they said I will be charged the full amount if I was to cancel. I don't understand why my children had to be basically punished we could have stayed home and not swam or order room service or wash clothes. So basically paid the money to do the exact same thing we do at home Nothing. This is the reason for a getaway.

I like this property because they have the jacuzzi tub suite. In one area of the room it smelled of syrup and the floor was sticky. I would recommend sweeping and mopping those beautiful wood floor that have just been put in for the remodel.

I got a call from the property before I got there and they stated that the virtual card hadn’t went through. The rep told me to call Expedia and have them call the hotel about the virtual card. I chatted with Expedia through the chat line on my app and they were on the phone with the hotel in about five minutes. Once I checked in the hotel, I asked the rep has he received the email from Expedia. He stated that he had not received it yet, but it was not our fault and he was going to check us in anyway. Checking in about an hour or three later a charge of $90.33. Hit my credit card.. I didn’t understand why I was being charged for the room again because I had already paid through Expedia so when I checked out this morning, I let the rep at the desk know that I was charged double for the room. He told me up on my check out that a manager will call me about the double charge. About 10 o’clock I received a call from the manager stating that he would refund me back my $160 and some change. Wow you charge me $160 over when my room was already paid for through Expedia. I am asking why do they go into peoples accounts after we’ve already paid through Expedia and double charge the customers. This is never happened and I’ve been checking into this hotel for quite some time now. I really want to get this issue resolved in this not happening again. I do have a current reservation for the Hampton Inn on Friday and I hope this doesn’t happen.
