Staff helpful and fruendky

Very respectful & helpful staff.

From the young lady at our quick and easy check-in, to Maria, our waitress at breakfast, your staff was the BEST!

It was a very lovely stay. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but it looked wonderful.

A freash looking building building. The hotel has great potential, but needs work. Senior management is great, reception needs work. Dining room and other facilities staff are a credit. The site needs TLC, the food is amazing. Road noise and that from venting is bothersome.

Used the pool but we not informed in advance that half of it was closed for swimming lessons!

Hotel very clean. Disappointed that I was unable to have dinner in the bar. It was closed for renovations and I found the function room uncomfortable and lacking in privacy during my dinnertime. I would have appreciated notice of the renovations prior to check-in time.

Overall a pretty good experience. Room a little noisy, seals around windows need replaced. As we were main road side of hotel traffic noise from N60 was quite intrusive. Staff generally friendly although more attentive reception staff would have made a big difference ( with exception of bin in bathroom not being emptied prior to letting room) , other than that very clean accommodation and great location.

One night stay for a local event. Busy hotel but clean and friendly. Food was good. Leisure centre well equipped.

The perfect hotel to stay when staying in County Mayo Ireland.

Rooms could be cleaner. Bathroom is dated and could be refreshed. Check in was slow. Food in the bar was good. Staff were nice.

The 4 star rating is not justified in my view. The interia look tired and it could do with some up dating. The staff seemed inexperienced, although not rude, i would not say they were friendly and welcoming.

Beautifully maintained property. Dining areas were comfortable and food was very good.

No A/C . Beds small. No refrigerator in room. No ice bucket.

The staff was kind, accommodating, and very responsive. We were there for a family funeral and it was the perfect place for the after dinner, which was delicious!

A lovely, modern, comfortable place to stay. Great facilities and food and very helpful courteous staff. Close to town centre and its' amenities.

When we arrived, my husband was not feeling well. The staff was so kind, and got us checked in early to our room so he could be comfortable.

It was ideal for visiting Knock Shrine.

We stayed here for its proximity to Knock. It had a good breakfast and the hotel staff was friendly. There was quite a character in the lobby prepared to chat me up all night, but he added to the charm.
