I was at this hotel but did not check-in due to the dirtying and the not safe situation

Very nice stay friendly staff

Lokalizacja Hotelu jest w bardzo kiepskiej lokalizacji. Niestety ale po wzięciu prysznica opuściłem lokal i cały obiekt ze względu na bezpieczeństwo mojego auta.

Room can be a bit more clean. Lobby can be a bit more inviting.

bugs in the bathroom, thin walls

Roaches in bathroom. Inly soap dispenser attached in shower not working. Stale breakfast. Unsafe area and people. Just bad vibes.

Over all is ok for the price

service is minimum, most of room facilities broken or dirty some one in mid night was knocking the doors and yelling very loudly. making us nervous and unsafe.

HORRIBLE. RUDE RUDE STAF THREATEND TO KICK ME OUT BECAUSE I ASKED TO PAY THE CITY TAX AT THE END OF MY STAY. they said when I leave to go out they will pack up my stuff in my room and throw it out. so very rude

Neat and clean. Friendly staff members. Moderate in price for the state of the art of facilities. Let the hotel have more adequate information for guests who may need them. These may be on transport, restaurants, market and tourism.

TERRIBLE THEY NEED TOO DO BETTER

First of all, this hotel was better than another F1 hotel on Rue Docteur Babinski we stayed at earlier in the trip to Paris so that was a relief. While it was about only 500 meters from the Transit (Gard) Cergy Prefecture Station, it was amazingly hard to find. Once we asked locals we zeroed in on it but before that it was a real struggle. The rooms are clean and I'd say the staff at the front desk are helpful. They have vending machines in the lobby that serve some pretty good food. My daughter got meat in her spaghetti that was 5 Euros. Not bad when you're in a rush or heading to the airport the next morning. There were a lot of young guys sitting at the tables around the vending machines. Seemed like engineers or students taking big exams soon. I would recommend this place as a good place to stay in the Cergy area.

I stayed for 2 nights. There was no direct access from road so I had to carry my heavy luggage to the hotel through stairs. Inside the room just a twin bed, a desk with chair and TV on the wall. The floor looks like never been cleaned for some time. There was only one towel in the bathroom with no hand towel or bathmat. I went down to request and the receptionist only gave me another towel saying the hotel doesn't provide any bathmat, but on the second day after house keeping the bathmat suddenly appear! The towel got some stains and smelled funny. The wifi was slow and the only power socket was down near the floor next to bathroom door. You can easily kick your charger if you plug it there. The good point about this hotel is cheap price and central location, but don't have high expectation.

Cheap no frills hotel. Clean and basic amenities. Not the best
