The staff were really friendly, especially the door person named Jimmy. He was a really good and nice person.

Strategic location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Bathroom is quite clean. Elevator is a bit slow. Facilities are quite good. Room is soundproof. Hot water is always available.

Kalar is nice and clean, just far from MRT and Bus Stop.

Reception lady was really friendly and helpful. Check in process was fast and smooth. Room was HK standard small size but packed with essentials. They provide shuttle every hour to some places, was very convenient. Great hospitality and service. Thank u

This hotel is very strategic, close to restaurants, McDonald's, minimarkets, parks and the hotel also provides shuttle buses to shopping centers or to the nearest bus or train stations. The hotel staff are also friendly and very helpful.

Great location. Surrounded by many shops, restaurants, and 711. They also provide free shuttle bus to several places such as Tsim Tsa Tsui area, Temple Street Market, etc. The only thing that need to fix / upgraded is their pillow. It's a lil bit to high for me and kind of hurt my neck. Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel:)

It's not wrong to choose a family room at Dorsett. Spacious, comfortable, clean, helpful staff. There are laundry facilities using octopus, there is a shuttle to strategic points in Hong Kong, near McD and Sevel. From MRT Jordan, walk about 10-15 minutes. Want to stay here again if you go to Hong Kong

Usually if there is a description that the toiletries are complete, it says only towels and soap shampoo, no toothbrush shower cap. The restaurant is small so the seating is arranged by the staff so it is recommended to have breakfast at the same time so you don't have to queue, the food is the same but the bread is delicious. The location is good, not too far from the MTR station, across from it there is a kind of market and McD.

Enjoyed our stay at Dorsett. Shuttle bus really useful, you actually can use it to take you to places. Clean room, love the lobby, toiletries are amazing. Will def come back when we go Hongkong. Thanks Dorsett

Hotel location is quite far from mongkok but surrounding location is good. There are many restaurant and supermarket nearby. The family room is a little bit small.

The staff are very helpful, courteous and friendly. We love the hotel convenience, room is not spacious but just nice for travellers. It was a good stay. Restaurants around the hotel is quite nice too.

The staff provided excellent service, were able to communicate easily, and were very polite. The room was quite satisfactory, with no noise coming in. The water pressure was strong, but there was no bidet. There were bottles of water in the room to refill at the flushing points on the designated floors. There was a shuttle service to popular areas. Overall, I was very impressed and will be ranked as one of the hotel chains that can be trusted.

Bed too soft, feel bodyache and sore, but overall is good. Should improve on the food, too few choices and not much to eat from the restaurant.

Location is around 1 km from Mongkok station so be preprare to bring your luggage along the way. For the room is clean but small. The bathroom is very small. And they didn't give you water. Cuma dikasi botol minum trus musti ambil ke restaurant ny. Pelit ya. Pas dtg lagi renov jadi mayan ga nyaman karna lift ny. Pas ke airport sih mayan OK karna ada free shuttle bus ke kowloon station yg konek ke airport express jadi mayan OK lah. Entah kenapa klo malem dingin bgt kamar ny pdhal ac ny uda dimatiin. Wifi ny OK bgt.

ห้องพักสะอาด แต่ไม่มีน้ำดื่มในห้อง มีขวดแก้วให้ แช้วไปกดน้ำกรองตามชั้นที่ระบุ พนักง่นจะมาทำความสะอาดต่อเมืีอแขวนป้าย ถ้าลืมก็จะไม่เข้ามา อยู่ห่างจากสถานี mtr Olympic ไม่มาก มีห้างสรรพสินค้าใหญ่ๆรอบสถานี โรงแรมมึรถตู้ไปส่งแถามที่สำคัญ เช่นจิมซาจุ่ย มงกก temple street ฯลฯ แต่ช่วงเวลาบริการลดลงจากก่อนโควิด
