They only gave us 1 towel and wash cloth per person for 2 night stay

Nice hotel, very close to big venues/sports fields/entertainment. Parking is confusing, however not the hotels fault just lots of construction. Love that valet was includes with stay!

There were some areas that could have been a little more properly cleaned but all hotel staff was welcoming and wonderful. Our room unfortunately did not have a garbage can or a working hotel phone, we put the order in on Friday but did not hear back from hotel. I am assuming other rooms had this issue due to the garbage in hallway by the elevators being used and overflowing… The location will be wonderful once all road work is complete for Greektown strip update. All in all, it was a good stay and experience with great views for the price point.

Free parking & closeness to venue.

It was in the heart of town so walking was a huge plus that you didn’t have to worry about parking in downtown (plus for me). Clean hotel, didn’t have pool or breakfast though which is kinda a downside when paying that much for a room but it wasn’t advertised so I can’t be mad.

Downtown construction makes getting around a little more difficult and the bars down the road have music that’s super loud till 2-3 A.M. Facility itself is great! I had a hard time finding the parking garage and I called them and the lady (I didn’t catch her name and I’m bummed I didn’t.) gave me turn by turn directions to the parking garage. Top notch service!! The lady at the front desk was very helpful with getting us an extra blanket and finding a quieter place to relax.

Hotel was nice. Good location. Construction around hotel was frustrating to navigate.

Everything was great except for all the construction around but not there fault.

I liked the cleanliness of the lounge area. The furniture was very comfortable and relaxing. The arrangement was perfect for a meeting with my small group.

Our room wasn’t ready in time for check in but we got a room on the top floor instead! Very friendly staff under a lot of pressure with a very busy night. The Amazon snack shop is great too!

Ok place. Someone left a tooth placket on the floor. Room was small.

The area is under construction and there were no signs going in and out of the parking garage. Two sets of elevators, made it very difficult to go from the parking garage to our room to the front desk to the parking garage and back he had to go up to go down or down to go up and then down again and it was very inconvenient and confusing. Guest nextdoor was noisy

Stayed here on the night I attended Breezy Bowl. The hotel was within a 10 minute walk to the venue and free parking was included with our stay which was awesome considering most parking ramps were $50-$70 that evening.

Room was dirty and there was no house keeping service. They charged 3x the normal amount due to the concert and I feel robbed because the room and surrounding area was only worth $150 if that with all the noisy construction being done right out front. You can’t even cross the street due to all the construction. No dining options either for it to be downtown. And why is the garage not connected to the hotel/casino? Terribly inconvenient all the way around. I don’t think I’ll ever visit again because I don’t ever plan on going back to Detroit.

No restaurant on the premises. Was not advertised that Guests may order room service from the Casino facilities, no amenities nearby.
