Overall nice place to stay. Would have been nice to know there was construction on going in the area closing roads. Exterior grounds a bit dirty

Staff attempted to help with directions but roads were blocked off hard to get to check in counter… overall booked for view. Thought I booked room with tub in window but didn’t and was sold out while checking in. Room received still was fairly nice 👍

We booked this trip with friends. It was fantastic!! They put our rooms on the same floor. Only minor issue was they wanted $100 to check in early but we were going to the Tiger’s game so there was no point just checked in after the game but had to wait in a line. Will stay here again!

Older casino hotel, close to Comerica Park and Ford Field.

Hotel was great but they need better signage to navigate all the construction in the area. Spent 30 minutes trying to get to valet parking between the construction and one way streets. Easy to get to the casino parking but not so much the hotel. Very stressful.

Great hotel. Clean and spacious rooms! They do charge a resort fee & $50 for early check in. The employees were all polite & professional.

Unable to check in due to unresponsiveness from the hotel. additionally awaiting a response in order for a refund to be processed as I was never checked in.

Clean enough but not worth the price for what you get

An awful stay and experience!!! We had reservations for 3 nights, June 26-29, 2025. When we arrived they told us we had to stay at the Hilton, 3 blocks away (we had no choice!), because the city construction on the street caused a break on the water line to the hotel and their water was contaminated. They treated us badly from the beginning, it wasn’t their fault, that was it! No sorry. Nothing! We had to walk to the much lesser Hilton rolling our luggage there and almost geting run over a couple of times! And then back the next day! The following day we complained enough so they finally give us a room in the upper floors, but their AC was malfunctioning and the rug under the bed was completely soaked. We slept in this room, using bottled water to brush our teeth, but the next morning the entire rug now was completely soaked, splashing water when we stepped on it. We had to change rooms again! Our entire stay there was awful, treated very poorly by the front desk, and adding unnecessary stress to our vacation, and to my first time in Detroit!!! And yes,we paid full price for the room. After we complained they gave us $50 food/beverage credit, but we only had a couple of drinks because we was afraid to eat anything at all!!

Enjoyed the sky view room, valet service was great. Good atmosphere. Lots of dining options. Walkable to many options

Clean, convenient, great staff!

There was a lot of construction on the streets around the casino and the signage for parking was poor. It took us several times driving around the casino area to find the parking garage.

We had a good time. Heavy construction in the area the streets are tore up. Everything seemed to be opened with construction walk ways but be prepared for that.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff is always willing to help at any minute. You are never unattended. As far as outside of the hotel…well, it’s Greek Town. Busy are.

Long line to check in and helped VIPs before non-VIPs even if waiting for long time. No housekeeping provided. AC leaked and soaked the entire room. Had to call down every day multiple times to request housekeeping and at least towels for leaking AC. Maintenance came at almost 11pm. Day of checkout was told I could checkout at noon then they hurried me out the door at 11am.

Hotel delayed check in due to waterline break. Area roads were under construction and difficult to find parking
