Perfect place for holiday with family and kids.

Very nice, big and clean hotel. Wonderful staff and very service-minded. 1 week is enough, although very nice hotel, I was glad I could leave it again and see something different. To be honest, that’s the same experience I have with most all-inclusive. The all-inclusive menu could be a little bit more exciting, and for some reason, the juices are way too strong (need 4 times as much water, but they checked it, and it should be ok, according to Greece standards). Coffee is just boring. Couple of things that could be improved: keep the “children” swimming pools open a bit longer, accidents do happen in children pools - clean it straight away, too long lines for drinks and ice-cream.

Great facilities, the kids loved it. Only minor issue with the kids club, could use some more engaged staff.

The hotel was very clean with many pools and water parks for all the ages. It was near the beach and in the village. Nice food and all the day and nice staff. Some rooms are old and need renovated.

Like: - Good for families with young children - Many swimming pools with water slides - Good food in All Inclusive restaurant - Friendly staff - Clean Not like: - Family room is poorly decorated - Poor quality food in Asian a la cart restaurant - Many items not included and are to be paid extra, like swimming pool towels, beach beds, etc. - Animation is nice for small children, but good animation for adults is missing. - The drinks were not fruit juices but were tasting like instant made with sugar

Very clean and friendly hotel. Only 1 negative is excursions, they were not advertised however the receiption desk staff were more than happy to help when asked.

Room was old and tired. Bathroom had tiles missing and grouting was completly black around the top of the bath. Shower curtain had mould on. Room was nothing like photos on website. Had to pay ectra €100 to move room.

If this is a 4 star hotel then the Crete is in Africa

Hello everyone , we had stayed here at gouves water park for 10 days, the room was in need of updating the beds were uncomfortable, and pillows in need of replacing , the restaurant had nice food , but sometimes it could be difficult to fight your way through the crowds not much manners from people, also small children running about spilling food and in general being rude and bad mannered , not all of these problems can be blamed on the hotel and of course it is up to parents to teach there children how to behave, the parents would just let there kids do anything and it was obvious that the small children did not feel comfortable because there mums and dads could not be bothered getting up from there b sides sending 3 year old kids to get food drinks is a no no, and when i said to a senior member of staff they said they had a rule that it was only children 8 and over that were allowed to get food drinks again this rule was not being enforced, the staff need to make sure that the rules for the all inclusive bands are enforced, as people were purchasing large vodkas whisky which they were not entitled to do , this made guests that had paid the extra 25 euros a day annoyed , what was the point ? paying the 25 euros when no one bothered checking the wrist bands, the hotel could be much better if some simple things were changed, staff must challenge bad behaviour, i saw a drunk man pick up his small child and launch him into the pool to the cheers of the crowd.

Had a lovely long weekend at this hotel. Room was just what you needed. Had a meal at their Smile restaurant at the beach and in the Chinese. If I had to choose would go for the Chinese. Lots of food to choose from all day long. Water slides open 12 to 6pm and you had choices of another 4 pools to swim in. Also enjoyed a massage at the spa. 15 mins away from the airport really easy to get taxi costs 30 euros.

We stayed here 10 nights ,2 adults one 4 yr old,plenty of activities for children, especially the kids club, goid choice with the food, Asian restaurant was a nice change though. Maksure you take beach towels as not supplied all in all we had a great holiday

The area where the hotel is located is depressing. Rooms are okay but only the one which have been refurbished, the old ones are awful. Food okayish, it s all about the quantity but not about about quality. It s gets really busy at meal times making the whole experience not pleasant.

Very nice hotel with a good selection on food. Waterpark was great as no queuing. They need to change the wine in the restaurant as it was undrinkable. Had lots of Greek wine elsewhere so not sure why they choose to serve rocket fuel!!!

The hotel met our expectations fully and the family had a great time.

The Gouves Park Hotel is a family friendly hotel with a Water Park. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff at the hotel are exceptional helpful and friendly. The life guards at the park are excellent and very friendly. There is a beach and a small selection of shops, restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. The food is a good standard although it was repetitive at times. The kids club and disco is aimed at younger children and the animation team are very nice . The evening entertainment could be better. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing family holiday.

I was there on October 2010, the hotel is quietly good but the problem was the room. I got a room which it's balcony is just 10 meters from the pool. At day light there is almost constant noise because of the music from the pool and there is almost no privacy because people sit just next to your room. Beside that, The food was very good, a large verity of it. The treatment from the stuff was very kind full, we had a Celiac person and the Chef itself made the food for him. We asked for late departure and we got it for extra paid but it helped very much. There is a lot to see not far away from Gouves.

L’annonce concernantcet hôtel est mensongère ! Les piscines sont trop petites pour accueillir autant de monde, la nourriture est déplorable tout juste sortie de boîtes de conserves! Le restaurant principal offre une vue sur un terrain vague avec des gravats et des camions abandonnés ! La douche de notre chambre swim up est couverte de calcaire, la porte ne fermait pas à cause des charnières rouillées ! La soi disant plage de l’hôtel est à quelques centaines mètres où il faut payer pour avoir un transat et un parasol déchirés et sales! Sans compter sur la mauvaise foi de la manager qui botte en touche! C’est lamentable de payer pour de telles prestations ! Expédia nous a écouté et nous avons remboursé une bonne partie de notre réservation ! A fuir il y a mille fois mieux à 8 km!

Very nice resort, the food at the restaurant was great, every evening different theme dinner, lots of variety. Our kids loved the waterpark and liked they got a lot of ice cream from the refreshment stand. Very good service with the towels for sunbeds. Cocktails were ok, the entertainment team was amazing. We loved very much our stay at Gouves waterpark resort!

Hôtel sympa surtout les chambres avec accès direct à la piscine (mais attention au bruit tout de même). Les espaces toboggans sont très bien pour les enfants. Le point négatif est la restauration. La nourriture est peu variée, pas terrible, généralement trop salée, il faut faire la queue tout le temps à moins d'arriver dès l'ouverture du restaurant...
