The staff was great. The beds in our room were so hard we couldn't sleep well. And the wifi did not work in the room. If we stepped into the hall it worked but not in the room. It was a little stressful with a teenager and non existent wifi.

First of all, I was supposed to get a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch, but did not. In the room, the air conditioner was poor and taped up with duck tape (plus it made a horrible noise). There were cobwebs in the bathroom and it wasn't very clean. The pool was very murky and dirty around the edges. The breakfast was the exact same each morning (biscuits and gravy). Not very appetizing. They only have 2 baggage carts for the entire hotel. I saw one cart when we first arrived, but it was being used by another person. When we left, there were no carts in sight and we had to make multiple trips up to the 4th floor to bring our luggage/stuff down.

It was very convenient to the places we like to visit when in town.

There is water damage in the bathroom, bad the door is screw together pizza boxes left in the drawer. The whole place is musky smelly needs a major overhaul.

A lot of roaches in the room, asked to switch rooms and the counter people were not very happy about giving us another room.

This property was very conveniently close to the base as well as restaurants. Breakfast was sufficient. Variety and value was there. Staff was friendly and accommodating even through a power outage.

Not clean !

The floor wasn’t vacuumed, the bedding had a lot of small pebbles and hair, the bathroom faucet leaked to the counter top and the shower faucet handle was broken off. The front desk had given us clean linen and maintenance had fixed the repairs.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had in La Quinta and my 20 years of going there. Not only was the facility atrocious not only or the bathrooms unkept not only did our room smell like previous tenants but during a thunderstorm all the power went out for no less than me 6 hours while other hotels had power around us La Quinta although a chain did not have a backup generator. This is just bushley I know you're trying to make as much of a profit as possible but to market yourself as a place for families of GIs to stay You're clearly in it for the quick buck and not for the families of soldiers or your customers in general in the future my family and I will stay anywhere else but in La Quinta

Huge rooms. Clean. And comfortable beds

Building and grounds were clean and well kept. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and convenient. Breakfast buffet was not very good; very limited options and scrambled eggs were overcooked.

The room I received is in the top 2 or 3 most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. My wife and I were supposed to stay 3 nights but left after one night. The sheets were obviously the same ones used by the previous guests. They had a lot of hair and many fresh stains. We asked for new sheets and pillow cases and had to change them ourselves. When we changed the pillow cases, the pillows underneath were disgusting. They need to be thrown out. We had to get more pillow cases to double them up on each pillow. The carpet was disgusting, there were roaches, and the chair in the room looked like it had just come from a dumpster. RUN, don't walk, away from this property until they can properly manage it and clean it.

I would consider this the #1 place to stay in Lawton that's not overpriced. Excellent hospitality
