The hotel didn’t honored the free breakfast!

The worst ever terrible no clean we has hair all over the floor they change our unit but still all the hotel is not clean and the area is full of homeless and bad vibe not recommended

If you make reservations in the app they give you a very smelling room it’s smells like drain ! Terrible ! I highly recommend getting the room directly with them ! The staff was amazing! Except for a lady in the front Desk! Erika she knew perfectly the room condition! But she was so rude and making it seem we were the issue overall it was fine ! She had no choice but to change the room ! But will definitely won’t reserve here again !

Not a good place to stay

I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. The room had a strong sewer odor, and the pillows and bedding appeared dirty. The location also felt unsafe, with questionable activity occurring nearby. The swimming pool was dirty and cold, and the air conditioning in the room did not work. Due to these issues and the overall poor condition of the property, we had to check out early. Unfortunately, despite explaining our concerns, the property refused to provide a refund. This was a very disappointing experience.

The size of the room was good. Greeting new customers needing to be reassess by Manager. Outside the hotel is a very rough neighbourhood. Not recommended for solo female traveller. I was really looking forward to explore Centro Historico in Guadalajara. I will not go back in that area again. I walked half a block and had to return to my room. It felt it was very dangerous. Very disappointed for the price I paid for the hotel considering the location and barely any amenities. Also was a lot further to get to the airport than stated on Expedia. It was 42 minutes from the airport to get to the hotel opposed to 21 minutes as stated in the publicity. I had to pay 300 pesos to get to Centro Historico and 450 pesos to the taxi cash money to get back to the Guadalajara airport ( their shuttle !!!). Pricey shuttle.

All overall neglected. Very dissapointed to the level of requesting a refund but decided not to do so. Amenities were not as presented online.

Price was high for what was offered. One elevator for too many people. No amenities Small bathroom Location not represented correctly. Never stay there again Very strong chemical smell in rooms. Staff was Friendly and helpful on arrival

The staff was great, specially Marylu when she fixed a problem with our reservation. The only thing I wish it was more clean and bigger beds. And the elevator takes forever.

Love the hotel great location was looking for a jacuzzi and pool.. only saw the pool.. i understand the weather not the best time to go in it.😊 still I LOVW GUADALAJARA!!!

It’s ok for in and out in a short visit the staff are nice but the pool had no amenities not even water to drink if you did ask SORRY WE ARE OUT even the front desk was no help and for love of god don’t offer breakfast if it’s like shortage of food in Mexico !??? Let me tell you I have had many hotels breakfast and this one too it ALL first you have to come to front desk and get a TICKET then go next door shabby restaurant and Gus’s what you are entitled to 2white toast 1small package of jam and ball of butter and water down coffee plus few pieces of fruit BUT NO SUBSTITUTE!and no second! Anything else you pay yourself and is more so please don’t bother go somewhere else for breakfast or another hotel with some food the only good thing is that it was close to more food and attractions which so we’re 1000 more hotel in the same area
