Loved the beds and bedding! Loved the shampoo and conditioner but they could upgrade on the toilet paper lol was a little scratchy!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was within our budget. The room was clean and very spacious which was good because we had lots of bags.We felt safe during our stay and there are many places close by for food options and for shopping. Kelowna is a nice and beautiful place to visit. With lots of beautiful parks and wonderful mountain and lake views that will take your breath away.

We stayed for just one night and it was a great experienced. Our room was modern and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a small balcony, which was nice! Breakfast was varied and I appreciated the free range eggs! Coffee is excellent! The hot tub was nice although it can get loud if there are kids enjoying at the pool waterslide. The 24 hour gym is great.

Very surprised at how this was such luxury for the price . Will definitely go again

Great all the way around - friendly and courteous staff.

Pool was very cold, surprised all of the plates cutlery and cups were disposable/garbage.

Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful/accommodating. Some garbage left behind by people before us in room and on patio, other than that things were nice.
