Great hotel, we had a one bedroom accessible suite, it was fantastic, very spacious

Absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed for 7 nights and everything was amazing. My room was a 1 bedroom and it was very nice. I had everything I needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The grounds were beautiful, the pool area was fun, clean and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. They had a children’s playground and pool slide that seemed to be a big hit. Many shaded and full sun areas for the pool deck and also a resturant/bar area with out door and indoor seating. Parking was very easy in the garage directly to the elevators to my room floor. So close to many food and shopping options. Right down from the premium outlets and Disney Springs, ion park, and not far to the theme parks. I really enjoyed my stay and will always use this hotel when I come down from now when in Orlando. I come down twice a year and typically stay at the Ritz or JW Marriott, this resort hands down was while obviously a different level I understand, I felt more comfortable with having the large room, full kitchen and living room area. I felt like I never get my moneys worth at the previously locations so I changed it up and stayed here this trip. I’m very happy with that choice. Would recommend and will continue my trips here going forward.

Very nice hotel loved laying out by the pool

I really enjoyed the stay at this property. However, I did think I would have a balcony which apparently was not part of the room. I stayed in so that was disappointing. Also, the dining options at the hotel were very limited, and the food was mediocre at best. However, overall, it was a really great hotel and the staff was super nice.

This place was absolutely stunning.

Beautiful, clean and large suites, suitable for families visiting Orlando & Disney. Suite that we had was fully equipped and well accommodated our 5 days visiting Disney parks. 2 large swimming pools and the activity center for children was a plus.

We were very happy with everything. Clean and everything was fairly up to date, kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Our room was much bigger than i expected. The pool area was nice and the perfect place to relax. They offered great food and drinks at the pool as well. Nice and close to the resort was a variety of awesome restaurants and a Target meaning we didn’t need to venture far. Parking was very easy and secure. Located in a clean safe area. To top it off we could see the fireworks at Disney! Highly recommend.

Upon check in i had booked 3 extra days with my 4 days with points. I was told we would have to move after the three days. I offered to pay the difference in the rooms to go ahead to move to the points room . She said absolutely not cant be done. We was excited to take the tour and see about purchasing there. After that greeting we said no to tour and you missed a sale. At 77 years of age you do not want to move and when somebody is willing to pay and NOT ASK FOR SOMETHING FOR NOTHING. it should be considered WITH RESPECT

Very nice!! Great room - would stay again for sure

The room was generous in size, but the view from the balcony was of a roof, a blank wall, and an uncovered area of the parking garage. They could have at least painted a mural on the wall to make it more attractive. Check in was a 30 plus minute wait both times I checked in (added a day to the stay, but not through Orbitz). My stay booked through Orbitz was frightening as the clerk rang up the stay as $7000.00 even though I had prepaid. The pools and hot tubs were nice and the cafe had reasonable prices. A multitude of restaurants were near by if you didn't want to cook.

Nice property but it is a timeshare and they tried to sell us one by getting to attend a sales presentation within 10 minutes of arrival. They make you go to a desk to get a “parking pass” at check in where a seperate person tries to lure you. Not what you want after a day of travel. Was pretty pathetic. Also, the units have bad acoustics. We could hear chairs being moved, cutlery being dropped on the floor, and babies crying from unit above. Complained to staff but they did nothing to move us. Overall it was a decent price but not planning to return and certainly wouldn’t buy one.
