We had a great stay here - the staff were really friendly, the room we had was spacious, we enjoyed the breakfast spread and thought the location was great!

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We felt immediately welcomed by the front desk staff, the room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. Location was perfect.

Adam was such a great addition to the hotel team. He really went over and beyond for us helping us book things and was very friendly. He puts personality into the place. Breakfast was superb, sauna and gym was excellent after a day out and about. Location is fantastic! I will come back!

Generally good but room was uncomfortably warm and no way to cool it down without opening the window to the very noisy late night noises (mainly of bins being sorted through)and yes I turned off the radiators and tried to turn on the "air con"

The Hotel, staff, room, location, and amenities are perfect could not asked or better. The airline lost a couple of pieces of our luggage and front staff, without even me asking called lost and found and explained our situation and help facilitate the finding and returning of our luggage, which by 10:00 pm the same day was found and returned. Service was above and beyond. One of the best, I highly recommend.

The hotel was amazing & better than we expected! They stored our luggage since we arrived early & the room was not ready. We advised them that we would be back late since we had a scheduled tour. They were accommodating. Sadly we were only there one night so we could not take advantage of the gym & spa or more than one nights good sleep. It has a very luxurious hotel feel. They have an amazing buffet breakfast included. Since we were leaving a half hour before breakfast the next morning they allowed us to go 15 mins early & eat before we rushed out to the airport. They also arranged the taxi for us to the airport.

Breakfast choices were extensive and great. Staff were very helpful. The location was fabulous!

Stayed for 5 nights! Excellent location for seeing the city, and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The service is above and beyond. We used the sauna on site, visited two of the recommended restaurants (both were amazing) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Casati! Would definitely return.

The breakfast area is unique and stunning with arched brick and the food prepared each morning was delicious. The hotel is spotless and the staff are most accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and felt like all our needs were being met.
