I am very happy when I looked at all the facilities in the room. It's really a second home because everything was there. The check-in process was done by myself (without a receptionist). I recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Akihabara with family or a best friend.

The room is exactly the same as in the picture. Cozy, 15 minutes walk from shinjuku station.

The hotel is far from any station, the receptionist can't help anything, not good for lodging.

They put us on a smoking room even though we have already requested a non smoking room. The front desk just kept on saying no and that it is the fault of the travel agency.

Staffs speak good english and very helpful. Room is not super small like others yet functional.
