We were on the third floor. While our room was very clean there had been a burst pipe in the fourth floor from a sewer or toilet line which. Dripped down into the third floor hall- smelling the entire floor up of raw sewage. The smell did come into our room. Not pleasant.

Love the location and kitchenette ..but very very expensive . Doubled the rate due to a local concert 🙁

Employees have exceptional customer service. Rooms are always clean and cozy. Amenities are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Huge kudos to all the staff and management for continued efforts. My family and I have been coming to this location for 6 years and it never disappoints. Hospitality nowadays goes SUCH a long way. All employees are so welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast buffet is hands down the best we have experienced in all of our travels. Well worth every hard earned penny.

What a great room!

We checked in on Jan 2 and there were gingerbread decorations and a hot chocolate station in the main entrance. Our kids were over the moon. The pool was very clean and the water was very warm. It opened late so we were able to use it after dinner. Another pleasant surprise was the free laundry facility. We didn't need it this time but it would come in handy for longer stays. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would come back again in the future.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their helpfulness and warm demeanor truly made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Buffalo.

Amazing Breakfast. Loved the free Hot Cocoa Bar. Beds were super comfy. Great location.
