Hotel is in good condition, good location. However, queen size beds advertised are not queen size.

Typical Holiday inn. The only negative would be the hallway carpet. It is skungy and needs a thorough cleaning or replacement.

El hotel es limpio y se encuentra en buenas condiciones. Durante el check-in, una de las recepcionistas nos atendió de muy mala gana; el personal del restaurante muy amable y servicial.

Staff were really kind and helpful. The complentary breakfast was excellent and tasty. The room was always kept cleaned.

lady at front desk during check in..too lazy to tell me how to get to my room.. my spanish is not great, but, I am a paying guest. She should be in housekeeping noy at the front desk.... The bathroom had no soap,or shampoo..

It was a practical option

On my way back from my vacation I stopped in ciudad del Carmen and stayed at this hotel. It was nice because it has a small swimming pool, and there are restaurants and stores near the hotel.

Excellent hotel

Hotel was clean, room was big, service very good. But as an express version os holiday inn, it just didn't have the amaenties, no restaurant other than so so free breakfast and no bar. Location not close to anything. Next time would consider either the regular Holiday Inn or another better located hotel with bar and restaurnat

The hotel is fine and is located in a nice secure part of the town, however, right across the hotel there is a bar playing loud music.

Great place for the business traveler.

In general it is a very good hotel for a town like ciudad del Carmen, location is good, the hotel was under a remodel stage, and during my stay the room was very clean and very good appointed, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also included and it was great for a self serving

Very nice hotell with really nice staff and good free breakfast. I enjoyed the modernes of the hotel, close to the airport and next door to a resturant you would find in the US, sports bar.

Very easy to find and park up. Centro of town is 30 mins walk away or 30 pesos cab drive. We were on fourth floor, nice big room, big fridge if you need it. Breakfast is included and has everything you might need. Quiet part of town. Pool is intimate( a bit small) only four loungers but the sun disappears by 16.00 anyway. Also easy to get out to playa Norte from here, 10 mins drive. Mainly used by business travellers- oil, film industry, MBA course taking place there.

First I reserved a King bed room, when I enter the room they asigned me it was a two double beds room, I inmediately request a change and the answer was that there were not a room available for my whole stay, they could change daily to different rooms every day or I could stay there... so I was stuck with the two double beds. Also the room was advertised to have a small sofa, but my room did not have one untilI requested it. The next day I wanted to watch a game, but the espn channel was not working, I reported it but by the last day there it was still not working. The brakefast is very plain and you can easily get bored of it after 2 or 3 days. even after all this I have to say that the hotel and the room were very clean and everything was very modern. The location was nice as there were multiple restaurants, cafes and supermarkets at walking distance, they just have to improve the service and I will easily upgrade my rating to 4.
