Old outdated carpet, cupboard sliding doors broken, towel rack broken , first night at 1130pm as we are about to sleep realized our bed was missing the comforter/blanket we called down to find out they had a terrible guy Ryan that refused to bring us a comforter stating he cant leavehis desk we explained we had sleeping children he had a nasty attitude and was very condescending i have pictures of hiw dirty the cents were qe coughed all night they are short staffed supposedly but at 1102 when check out is 11am someone was knocking on the door. Rude staff and gorrible customer service

Overall good hotel

Hispanic people don't like this place, please don't come. I've been using Hilton for years and this has never happened to me before. I checked out and my kids wanted to use the pool and they took me out saying that I was no longer a guest and that otherwise I would leave they would charge another night they stood still until my kids and I got out of the pool I felt like a criminal while the night before my husband and I saw people who were not staying in the hotel used the pool and I stayed for two nights literally you were kicking me out, My kids left crying and terrified of the way they treated us, please don't stay here..

We came here for my daughter’s 16th Bday. Wish I would’ve had pictures to show but room 325’s pull out bed was NASTY! That mattress looks like they pulled it from a nasty, dirty, infested, rotting dump. The room reeked of “dirty wet dog” which I understood it’s a pet friendly place but the smell was beyond friendly. The place needs an update with the poor condition of the furniture and carpets. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was pretty good with plenty to choose from. Pool could’ve used skimming with the bugs. Pest control should be called more often. Or provide a complimentary bottle of OFF and room deodorizer.

The property made me look like a bougie mom! The staff was very friendly & patient. The pool & outdoor amenities were beyond expectations & much appreciated. Breakfast was perfect. Rooms were amazing. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay & didn't feel like they would get in trouble for their existence. Hopefully, we will return, if we are welcomed :-)

Great for the family. The mattress was a little uncomfortable.

Rooms are very nice, breakfast quality was Ok, but not to my like. They lack of pool security and they have 2 BBQ’s but one did not work and the other one was dirty. No one cleaned it from one day to the other. Pools (2) are very nice with enough space for guests.

The property looks decent from the outside and the lobby is nice but that’s about where it ends. This is a pet friendly hotel and while I am a cat and dog owner the smell of this hotel is awful. As you walk down the halls all you smell is pee. The elevators smell like wet dogs and our room and a funky smell. The room looked ok but if you’re on using the pull out bed DONT it’s so awful literally a nice thick and you can feel every bar and spring. We called and asked for a new one or another to put on top but weee told they couldn’t help us. We went to Walmart and bought an air mattress to put on top. The carpets in and outside the rooms are dirty and the pillows were the WORST we have ever had they are down and flat as pancakes we called sown and asked for 6 more just to try and make 2 normal pillows. Breakfast was good and had good choices the pool was nice but the one with the waterfall was freezing and the one without was warm but dirty. Just felt like the entire place was dirty and needed updating! Especially the carpets!!

We had to change rooms because the first one smelled like urine, cigarettes and mold. When we pulled out the sofa bed, the cover was stained with something that looked like blood. The lady at the front desk was very nice though. The hotel just definitely needs to be remodeled.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good. Pool very nice. My only problem was my room wasnt very clean when I arrived, the closet door was broken and the couch bed was a No go. Other than that

The room was a disaster. Two of the lights did not work one had NO bulb in it the other on was burned out. The bed looked like it had not been made. When we pulled back the bed spread it had no blanket just a mattress pad. They sent up sheets a woman they sent helped me make the bed. The "new" bed spread had a stain on it that looked "dirty." After finally getting in the bed the toilet "ran" all night we informed the desk the next day and it still wasn't fixed by that night when we went to bed again. The food has no milk supstitute and not that much of a "healthy" choice for eating. I was VERY dissappointed and will not stay there again. We are Hilton members and that is why we stayed. Never again.

This hotel needs updating! Carpets are dirty and rooms smell from all the pets. Pet fee is $75 per pet! When I called before going to front desk someone told me that fee would be for both… Nope! Breakfast was nothing great. Sketchy ppl in area. Will never stay again.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The place is filthy, carpet is stained and the room smells. Had to go to the store and buy air freshener. Although it was quiet in the room the pool area was noisy, large group playing loud music, kids running around and doing cannon balls into the hot tub. Lot’s of smoking and partying. I don’t even think a lot of people at the pool were staying at the hotel. There is gate access to the pool area directly from the parking lot.
