I guess the expectation is to have a room that you believe no one has been in before … not about fancy or upgrades just clean and comfortable. That feeling was lacking added to that was no hot water in the morning and sub par breakfast. Marcus at the front desk was the bright light in a lackluster stay. Maybe there were problems but that should have been communicated. Better luck next time!

The lock on my door was broken. I was on the first floor near an exit door. I felt a little unsafe. The check-in person was nice as was the person at the desk when I checked out. There was breakfast ready when I left early in the morning.

Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and in a good location.

I had a fantastic experience, From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the room was. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities. The location was perfect close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, making it easy to get a restful sleep.

Room/Bed was not made up when we arrived. Lights did not work properly. A/C quit and had to change rooms

The staff was very friendly and helpful which always makes the stay better. could use some small improvements for normal things like having to jiggle the handle to stop the toilet from running all the time in RM222. But I praise the staff for their way of handling everything from check-in, breakfast, providing items needed during the stay, and check out. Very easy to deal with and the reason for my excellent rating.

The rate was inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting a 5-star hotel. The staff were friendly, rooms although outdated were clean, beds were extremely comfortable. We were out more than in so this room served its purpose.

Not too much channels to watch tv. And one problem finding in the restroom.

The bed was so comfy! The room was super clean. The bathroom was a little outdated but nothing too horrible! I stay at this hotel often and I always try and request the same room. It’s little and cozy and I like it!

We were not able to get the tv to work (not that it mattered that much; we do not have tv at home!); the chain-lock on the door was not usable; the shower was very good; a queen-size bed had been removed so there was a big open space where the bed had been; no chair other than the desk chair; good closet space; breakfast area off the lobby very clean and was managed well; refrigerator was good

TV was inoperable. Jan (?Jean) tried several times to remedy the situation. She even called in the maintenance man, but we had gone to bed by then. The manager gave me a $40 credit for the mishap. Otherwise, a fine visit. Lynn Hankes

I’ve stayed in a couple different hotels in the area within the last couple months and I have to say this one was my favorite. The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff was friendly but not overly friendly. Breakfast could have been better but it was not bad at all. I’m just sayin they could have had a better selection. I really like this hotel. It’s bougie on a budget.

Great staff - but the place is in bad shape. Broken shower rod, broken toilet seat, burned-out bulbs, general feeling of neglect and poor upkeep. Nothing available at breakfast bar at 8 a.m. aside from a few sad potatoes and dry cereal. But the people who work here are very friendly and helpful.
